I am using a 6024E DAQ Card. Software is done in VB5. When closing the application is there anything that I have to do to close the card or just simply exiting is OK ? I am just using the AIRead_Scan and DigInPort functions.
When using the 6024E DAQ card, with VB5, is there anything that one has to do to close / shutdown the card before exiting the application. The application only uses AIRead_Scan and DigIn_Port functions.

You won't need any other functions after AI_Read_Scan or after DIG_In_Prt since both functions are for none buffered acquisitions.
For more information, I recommend that you take a look at the shipping examples that get installed under the folder C:\National Instruments\NI-DAQ\Examples

I tried downloading “Awesome camera”. Seems like a nice App. The front/back switch does not work within that App.
Switching to back camera in the normal Camera App brings up a blurred picture of what the back camera is seeing and freezes the app. Force quitting Camera App does not bring it back to live until after a long time. Problem still persists.

I just bought my first Iphone the 5S and when I turn on my bluetooth the ringtone for my text, calendar, etc. comes through my Bluetooth instead of the phone. Is there a way to have the tones use the phone while bluetooth is on?
I would also like this issue addressed.
I am using a Plantronics Voyager Pro+ and when it is connected to my iPhone 4, email and text sounds are not audible through the phone. The phone just vibrates when a new text or email is received.
I don't really care if it plays through the headset, but it should at least play through the phone. I tested the headset from a BlackBerry and the alerts play fine.

Your question has been answered. Jailbreaking cannot be discussed here. If you buy a phone locked to a carrier, it would be down to them to unlock it, and that's very unlikely if you've only just got the phone. Locked phones are "cheap" for a reason - you're signing up for a contract and that subsidises the cost of the phone.

how can i stop an error message that comes up when i am using word? the error message is "word is unable to save the Autorecover file in the location specified. Make sure that you have specified a valid location for Autoreover files in Preferences,…"
It sounds like if you open Preferences in Word there will be a place where you can specify where to store autorecover files. Right now it sounds like it's pointing to somewhere that doesn't exist.

If officially unlocked, you can purchase a sim from one of the two nationwide GSM carriers, AT&T or T-Mobile. However, AFAIK, none of the carriers in India offer unlocking for the iPhone. Thus, if your phone is carrier locked, the only way it will work in the US is roaming...that would cost a fortune.
So, if you have a carrier locked iPhone, leave it home or sell it before you come to the US, then purchase an officially unlocked iPhone, from Apple, when you get to the US. You'll be able to use that phone in India when you go back. -

FireFox starts in the task manager, but there is no dektop FireFox window. This occurs in safe mode also. Re-installing does not fix. Using FF 3.6.6 on win7/64bit

when i open my emails with outlook first and then with my ipad 4, the ipad does not show me that i have new mail despite that it actually downloads them. iphone 3g and 4s used to show them as new emails. any suggestions?
1. Open iTunes.
2. Click the View option in the iTunes menu.
3. Select the Show Sidebar option.
Connect your phone, select it in the Sidebar...the various tabs will now show as before. -
There's a black and white striped glitch on the left side of my screen on my Macbook Air! I am trying to purchase a song that's not available in the itunes South Africa. The song I am trying to buy is only on itunes USA. Is there anything that I can do because usually all I need to do is switch shops but it doesn't seem to be working on this particular song. Thanks
You need to be in a country to use its store, so unless you are in the US with a US billing address on your account then you can't buy from the US store - you can only use the South African store. You can try requesting that the song be added to the South African store, but unless the rights-holder agrees to it then Appl won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

I was notified by iTunes that I have unused balance from a gift card. I no longer have said gift card and now cannot access the unused balance.
Customer support on the phone could not help me.You do not need the card once it's been redeemed. The balance will be tied to your iTunes Store account. Just log into your account on any of your devices and you should be able to see and spend the balance.
There is no telephone support for the iTunes Store, just so you know for future issues. The iTunes Store provides support only via a web form.

Parallel 6 issues with some appliacations
I install the trial P6. Fits of all it doesn't work faster, #2 some of applications, like iClone 4 crashes, Crazy talk display is blurry. I allocated more memory (2GB) nothing helped. Did anyone had a similar issues? Thanks.
