I am using a Microsoft Natural keyboard and when i use the close button on Ver. 5.0 or newer it closes the whole screen not just the active tab is there a fix for this

IF I update to Mozila 5.0 when i use the close button it shuts down the whole browser nut just the active tab

Could you try disabling graphics hardware acceleration? (I'm having trouble determining from your "More system information" whether it's enabled or disabled.) Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.
You usually need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).

On the "General" mini-tab, uncheck the box for "Use hardware acceleration when available"
If you restart Firefox, is the issue resolved?

Okay so basically this morning (20th November 2012) I turned on my iPhone and went onto the App Store to check for app updates which I do every morning, and there was an update for the Wikipedia app and another app, however... When I tried to update these apps, the password conformation box came up as usual and then the message saying the app was installing popped up. But this message disappeared instantly and nothing happened. When I try to download apps from the App Store, the exact same problem keeps happening. Sometimes after two or three tries an app will install but only occasionally. I have tried rebooting my iPhone but with no luck. I have over 11gb of memory left on my iPhone and my Internet connection is strong enough so I'm completely confused! Does anyone know a possible reason for this or maybe even a working fix... Also knowing someone else has this problem would be nice :)

Since I updated Firefox with the current version 10.0, my browser now scrolls 3 lines instead of 1 with my down arrow. Is there a fix for this?

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium, 32 bit, kept updated to current, and Firefox 10.0 updated to current version. When I applied this new update, the browser started scrolling 3 lines instead of 1 when I hit the down arrow. Please advise if there is a fix in the works for this problem. Thanks.

That seems to be a change in Firefox 10 and later.<br />
I've seen more posts about this new "feature, but I don't know of a way to revert it to one line.
Firefox 10 has changed to scroll amount for the keyboard navigation UP and DOWN keys to 3 lines.
You can set the scroll amount for the mouse wheel via mousewheel prefs on the about:config page, but you can't do that for the keyboard navigation keys.

There are extension that work both for the mouse and the keyboard to set the scroll amount, but they can only be set to scroll an amount of pixels and not to scroll one line regardless of font-size (height) of the text.

I recently noticed that several of the movies I purchased in ITunes no longer will play. A notice screen pops up and says they are unable to locate. The do however play on my new AppleTV that I just set up. Is there a fix for this?

If it's because you were using Office 2004, the eight year old version of Office that was written when Intel processors were not used in Macs, then there will be no fix. Lion dropped support for PowerPC applications, as has been widely reported since Lion's release last August.
You can upgrade Office 2004 to Office 2008 or Office 2011. You can use iWorks 2009 that can open Microsoft files. You can use a number of free applications that are also capable of working with Microsoft documents. You can go back to Snow Leopard, if you have a backup. Or, if you have an external drive or room to add a partition to your current drive, you can install Snow Leopard on it.
Search these forums for more information. If this is your issue, it's been posted and answered several times a day since August 2011.

In the good old days of Snow Leopard, an open Finder folder had a border along the bottom of the window which could show the number of items in that window and the total available space on the hard disk or partition that folder resides on. That bottom border is gone in Lion and those two bits of information are gone with it. Is that what you're talking about? If so, I'd like to learn how to get it back too and "Show Item Info" is not the way.

Thanks for the help. I installed CC and it fixed everything but Photoshop. I guess I will have to use my old laptop for images until Adobe fixes the problem. Do you know of a place where we can send issues like these to Adobe?

Clean out/blow out the headphone jack. Insert/remove the heaphone plug a dozen times or so
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>GeneralReset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a bad headphone jack
