I backed up my new iphone and only got the pictures from the old phone i lost the ones on the new one. is there a way to get them back ?

i have an old iphone and than i got a new one but never backed the new one up because i was waiting for a computer charger i just got the charger today i backed the old phone up than the new one i transfered the pictures from the old one to the new one with no problem but lost any pictures i had on the new one can i get them back

It sounds like you restored the backup of your old phone to your new phone.
Unless you backed up the new phone first or manually copied the pictures off prior to restoring the backup, the pictures are gone.

Since upgrading from FF 3.x to 8.0.1, I'm experiencing more hangs and crashes. Most recently, FF lost ALL OF MY OPEN TABS. Is there any way to get them back?

I had a TON of browsing history in those tabs and there is NO WAY I could recreate it all manually. Is there any possibility that FF could get them back even though the "Restore Previous Session" menu option is greyed out? Are you using iCloud for your calendar? When you go to the www.icloud.com website, do you see all of your entries there? The troubleshooting steps in the article below should help you with this:

Have you copied your content over from your old computer and onto the new on ? If not, and you still have your old computer, then there a number of methods described on this page which you can use to copy your library over : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4527 . If you no longer have your old computer then have you got a backup of your content that you can copy onto the new computer and add into iTunes ?

restore from a backup dated prior to when you synced to the new computer.
ideally... were you backing up to icloud? if so, erase all content and settings and restore from a backup in icloud dated prior to when you synced. Camera roll backs up I believe and those photos will show back up

Your only way is if you have the version that was compatible on your computer such as in the recycle bin/trash or in a computer file backup. In that case delete the current version that is in your iTunes App library and replace it with the older version. Then sync.

If the backup is corrupt, there is nothing that can be done.
For what reason did you choose to not copy the pictures off the device to a computer prior to attemping an update or whatever caused the need to restore? iPhones are not intended as sole storage of any media.

You restored your iPhone with iTunes from the backup for your iPod Touch?
If so, photos/videos that were in your iPhone's Camera Roll should have been imported by your computer before doing this. You could then transfer these photos/videos back to your iPhone via the iTunes sync process.
