This is the first time i have brought an itunes voucher to use on my iphone, i have been able to redeem it and it shows up on my account but it wont take any money off it and it just keeps asking for my apple id all over agin and for my card details....... slowly loosing the will to live and all the help websites just use all these terms i dont understand, Any help will be much appreciated!!! There are a couple things that you can try to resolve this issue. First, I would recommend processing any updates needed to the computer and iTunes. You can check for updates in iTunes by selecting the help menu and check for updates. If iTunes is on the current version, see the article below.

You need a valid payment method even for free items. If you know the payment method is valid then contact iTunes.

Iphone won't download from itunes (purchases or updates) and keeps asking for password

My new Iphone 6 won't download from itunes, whether it is a new purchase, previous purchase or update. Itunes keeps asking for password. Icloud seems to be working, find my phone works, so what do I do? I've signed out and back in to the app store. Restarted my phone. Ugh!!

Then, click it again. It will download. Just wait, then delete it.

Start with the Settings app
Settings > iTunes and App Store > tap on your Apple ID and then tap on Sign Out
Then sign in with your correct Apple ID and password.

You can change the country in the next screen in the upper left if needed. Click on Contact iTunes Store Support under the iTunes Store heading at the top right side of the page. Then click on Purchase, Billing & Redemption in the next screen and follow the prompts.

Adobe CC keep asking for credit card detail despite already have

I already have my credit card detail on my profile since I purchased CC and used for about a month.
But now when I launch any app, a window pop up and keep asking for my credit card detail.
I followed the link and found my credit card detail already exist. I try removing and adding again but this windows still persist and counting down.
How can I solve this? I have to use Photoshop everyday and can't work if it is disabled.
FYI, my credit card is valid and have enough balance and is the same one I used to purchased CC.

and, what is even more strange...
I actually bought 2 Billy Joel songs NY State of Mind from Essential Billly Joel and Italian Restaurant from Greatist Hits vol 1. Neither song would play.
I went back the Apple store and tried to re-download NYSOM. It let me do it for free. Before I checked I tried to re-dowload IR but inadvertantly selected same song but from The Stranger. I had to pay for this one. The re-downloaded NYSOM still didn't work but IR I bought from Stranger worked. So, I bought NYSOM from Greatest Hits vol 1. Didn't work!!! Tried again and bought from another album, Turnstiles, and that one worked. So, I bought 5 songs, only 2 of which will work.
So, now I ask - is there any way to get my money back?
