When you jar or drop a hard drive when it's operating the heads strike the platters and ruin sectors and the data on them.
Your getting the spinning wheel because the OS has been damaged and/or quite possibly the drive.
You'll first have to determine if it's a hardware issue

If the drive is fine and you don't have a recent copy of your data off the machine then also do this
Create a data recovery/undelete external boot drive

1) Is it a video clip? Something you recognize? To be clear, it's displaying at a point in your exported movie but doesn't appear at all in the sequence?
2) What are your sequence settings? Right-click your sequence and choose "Item Properties" to verify.

1. Go to: Tools > Options > Advanced > General
2. Untick the 'Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page' option

Could you describe the applications, programs, items, or content it won't download?
Given you state the iBook G4 with OS X 10.4.11 Tiger installed, is a dated and obsoleted system, the newest OS X version it could use would be from a retail Leopard OS X 10.5 DVD, then updated with a download file to 10.5.8 from Software Updates. With that (the highest version of OS X any PowerPC based G3/G4/G5 can run) a few more options are available, given support for that newer system (now also not actively upgraded) was from a more recent era and a few browsers, a later but not new Flash plugin, and a few items are still available.
You can get a few later browsers that will work OK in OS X 10.4.11, one is TenFourFox, based on FireFox from Mozilla code; another is iCab, works free -- but asks you to buy license. Others for older PowerPC Macs seem to only support Leopard 10.5.8, such as SeaMonkeyPPC. The coding behind these is different so the people who volunteered to rebuild workable browsers have tried to ecomomize, yet still help us older system and hardware users be able to go online. These browser builds may have limits online, as the web has newer content and some items may not work in the older code. But they do OK. I use the above browsers, as the Safari browser is not supported and sees no later security updates. I have it too.
If you are trying to get a later OS X system, you could only get & use Leopard 10.5(.8) in retail DVD, perhaps from Apple Sales Support for a fee, if available; as a replacement or upgrade. Or look online for retail and not computer-specific install discs; as those grey label discs from other computers won't work in a different series.
You may be able to find a fair value in a previously owned older MacBook, some companies offer them repaired and running, with a limited guaranty of a sort. See OWC online for used computers, or a company such as wegenermedia, who repairs computers, has parts, and some inventory online. Or if you want a later model and are in the market, the Apple special deals page for refurbished models can be found from the online Store page, in the US.

You are right, but how could i send it to Apple? when the phone company first replaced my iphone they had in stock alots of iphones and they just sent mine back to Apple and gave me a new one, so all i did is to give them my phone, but now how could i sent it to Apple? and i cant send it by myself, and the store wont do that, its a lost for them.. so sending it to Apple wasnt an option from the begining.
and for the record, i dont think the store where i bought it is an authorized shop.. its just a store who boughts phone's from Apple in a low price and sells it in much more money..

The installation begins to go smoothly from the setup.exe file; but after the installation seems complete, and I press the 'Open Firefox' button the firefox programme can be seen to start opening because it accumulates about 50mb of private bytes RAM on the windows task manager or on the 'process explorer' utility program by sysinternals. About the Scrapbook add-on, I could get it to work. It has no icon when docked to the toolbar, but you can anyway open it. Right-click a button on the toolbar, click Customize... find the Scrapbook icon, drag it to the bookmarks bar so you can see the icon and click on it to open it. Whenever you need to save a page, right-click that page and choose Save page.

Bought Music on iTunes and it will not syc with my iPhone

I just bought two albums on ITunes Store and they downloaded to my library just fine. When I sync my iPhone 5 ,64GB with the latest update, they apear grey out and won play them. Also there is a little Cloud with a downwards arrow icon right next to the song. When I tap on it It does not do anything. On the other hand my ipod nano 5th Gen 16GB it syncs jus fine. I have tried a deleting all music and re-syncing and now is worst. Now I have lost two more albums that I bought on the iTunes Store. Can somebody Please Help!

Are you signed in with the same Apple ID on both devices? Have you tried a reset?
Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)

I have vista OS and a game on facebook says need adobe flash player 12.0.02 or later. I have version 15 and it's not bringing it up. What could be wrong?

I'm trying to play a game on facebook, but when I go to play it, it comes up with a message saying I need to install adobe flash player 12 or later. I installed version 15 but it still keeps getting that message to install version 12 or later. I checked in my control panel under programs installed and it shows that adobe flash player 15 active x listed. So why won't the game see it? Do I need an older version of adobe flash? Maybe version 12, if so where can I find it. I tried to find 12 but every site keeps taking me to 15.

You might not have the plugin for Firefox installed. Adobe has two different versions of Flash - one for Internet Explorer and another for Firefox. Internet Explorer uses ActiveX. You can check if Firefox has the plugin by going to:

In Firefox, go to this link and Adobe should give you right correct installer:

Note that Adobe Photoshop CS4 New Install Bundle package consists of the new Photoshop CS4 Upgrade bundled together with the qualifying product, in this case an Adobe Photoshop CS2 License. I have tried both the CS2 and CS4 Serial numbers and both have not worked.
