I bought a Mac Book Pro retina display, Serial Number  C02J*****2, on 8/11/2012. Unfortunately, I am unable to download updates from the App store.Whenever I tried to download updates, it shows me an error message, "we could not complete your request. there is an error in the App Store. Try again later (100). Your Apple ID has been disabled, contact iTune support". However,the problem still persists even after my password has been successfully reset. What is is the error in the app store? I really need help to resolve this issue.
Moreover,I also need help how to update to the mountain lion free of charge as my Mac pro is four(4) days old.

    The only thing that worked for me was to boot in safe mode.
    Power down.  Then press power button and hold 'shift' key until grey screen with progress bar appears... Once booted and logged in just open safari and browse to applestore. 
    No trouble at all once I did this.

    Please read this whole message before doing anything.
    This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
    The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
    Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you boot, and again when you log in.
    Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
    Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
    The login screen appears even if you usually login automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
    Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
    After testing, reboot as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

    Support has told me that its a problem with my connection, but I disagree, how come I can download countless songs from iTunes without ever getting this message, I think they are bullsh***g me to get rid of me.

    Hi mate, well I really dont know why but last night it started to work out of the blue, you might want to check yours again as they may have fixed a bug??
    I did absoultely nothing different yesterday to make it start working, I had previously disabled all my antivirus, firewall, anti tracker etc etc & it didnt sort it.
    The only thing that happened yesterday was my laptop went dead flat & I had to a reboot (dont choose System Resume, which I normally do) I chose the other option in error & had to wait nearly an hour whilst my PC "repaired files etc" & it also downloaded a load of updates (had that message "dont power off, as updates are in progress")
    I really dont know if that sorted the issue or Apple fixed the bug yesterday but its working.

    For anyone else wondering, the clue was in what was displayed on the screen after I turned iTunes Match on again: it asked whether I wanted to add this computer. Having copied my iTunes library over from the old machine, I'd completely forgotten that iTunes Match identifies each computer uniquely (not each iTunes Library), so was never going to work with this one until I specifically added it. Sorted!

    The network connection is working fine.
    My software is all up to date. I can log in to the Apple Store, access my account.
    I am logged in to iTunes and access the iTunes store but now I get the error above.
    I rebooted, repaired permissions and restarted.
    I restarted the router/Air port.
    I checked all the network preferences and renewed the DHCP lease.
    Nothing seems to work.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi, I am having exactly the same problem. I have 325 downloads available but every time I try and view them, itunes store logs me off with "network connection lost" I contacted itunes support and they say it must be a problem with my Mac?     Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
    ☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
    ☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
    ☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.

    A quick check of the camera list in the above ReadMe file does indicate that the D90 is supported, so it should work for you.
    After running through the installation, double check that you have successfully installed Camera Raw 4.6...  Do this:
    1.  Start Photoshop CS3.
    2.  Choose Help - About Plug-in from the Photoshop menus.
    3.  Look through the list...  Do you see one and only one entry for Camera Raw...?
    4.  When you click on Camera Raw, does it show version 4.6.something?
