i bought a movie from my ipad in itunes and it does not appear. It is not inmoovies nor un the purchased items in the itunes app.
when I plug in my pc macbookpro it shows in my moovies but with an asterisk in front and i can not view it
- Do you have any Restrictions set that would prevent installing the movie? Settings>general>Restrictions
- Is the movie compatible with the iPad? There are some 1080 P movies available that are not compatible with the iPad 2
- On a computer log into your account and go to Purchase History to verify you actually purchased the movie.
- What movie was it?

That's because you can't delete it directly from the phone.
Since you synced not imported those pictures to your iphone using iTunes, you will need to do the opposite and unsync the pictures, in order to remove it from your phone. -

Do you already have the Kindle app downloaded to an iPhone or another iPad? Do you have "Automatic Downloads" turned on under Settings>iTunes & App Store for Apps on your iPad?
You might want to try touching and holding the Kindle App option in your Purchased list, and when it highlights, let go, and it will go to a a detail page for the app with another "Open" option on it. See if it will open from there.
If you do have Automatic Downloads turned on on the iPad, turn it off, and then go back to purchased to see if the Kindle is still showing as "Open".

I purchased a movie via Itunes and it does not display as a purchased item on my Apple TV yet A TV show I bought does. The only way I can view it is if I turn on home sharing and the movie is downloaded to my PC. Is this normal?

Perfectly normal, purchased items only applies to TV shows, the studios have not licensed movies for redownloading. -

You can't, FaceTime is not insallted on iPads sold in the UAE due to restrictions by that country's government - as it's blocked by the device's serial number there is no way to install it, including via iOS updates

I've rented & downloaded a movie on my computer in itunes, but it does not show up on my Apple TV. Everything else shows up on Apple TV, including my computer's movie library. When I click on the movie in Apple TV it says I've already rented it and asks if I want to rent it again. No, I just want to watch it.
Unfortunately I have to if I download it on my computer. I have rented itunes movies before directly using the Apple TV and it worked just fine and I could stay in the living room. Without clicking that icon on my computer, there was no way to watch it.

App hung on "waiting"; during update, I lost my wifi connection and the app hung; now cannot delete to reinstall (no X), synching does not help; itunes app store says it is installed, therefore I cannot reinstall; deleting the app from itunes and synching does not reinstall the app on the ipod; the app developers have not helped and told me to check with Apple (which I am doing, since I am past my 90 day tech support). Hoping someone can help with this hung "waiting' app problem.
- First try resetting the iPod:
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Next download the app on the computer and try to sync.
- Last, restore from backup. -
When I close the cover - it really does take a picture and saves a photo. Luckly, it make a click, and pictures are seen in the photo album, and it does not appear to be forwarding. It is just gobbling memory and annoying as I can only delete these pictures one at a time.
It seems to take a picture of the counter top = I do not see the keyboard.
I am wondering ....It may be a kids game app that takes pictures of the screen or out the back camera. I am starting to think it may just be a sound effect when placing the iPad on its screen. So many things that may be unrelated but coincedental. It started in May (the sound) and so did the multiple pictures - starting to think they are not related.

1st. Gen iPad question: the touch keyboard does not appear when attempting to input data into data fields - this happens while using all apps, ex. Notes, Google, Pages, etc.. The cursor prompt is present. Tapping screen just brings up the option to: "Select Select All Paste." I have rebbooted with no change.

when trying to backup and sync my ipad and iphone to itunes it does not appear in the upper right hand corner under devices for me to click on
In that same window - the one where you see your backups - click on the box at the bottom that say -Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads form syncing automatically. Then click OK and quit iTunes.
Connect your iPad to the computer and launch iTunes. Right click on the iPad name on the left side under the devices heading and select - Restore from backup. A window will pop up from which you can select any of the backups that you have for the iPad. Select the backup that you want to restore from and then go agreed and restore the iPad. Sync with iTunes when you are done.
Remember that when you restore from a backup - you restore everything in that backup to the iPad. You cannot selectively restore content. It is all or none. -

HT1535 How do I sync my music and movies from my iPad to iTunes?
I have a new PC, loaded iTunes but I am having difficulty syncing my iPad and iPhone 5 music and moviesto the new PC. In fact I inadvertantly wiped out my music libray from my iPhone 5. The only source now fr all music and movies is my iPad.

How can I print out a few pages of a kindle ebook (music) from my iPad.
How can I download this book to my iMac from the iPad. It is NOT in my e books library, but I can only access it from my kindle app.
Thanks for any help you can give me.One work around is, if the Kindle app allows, make a screen cap of the page and print that.
Hold down the sleep and home keys and relase them together....kinda like you'd press the shutter of a camera, a joint quick down and up
You'll see a white flash and hear a shutter sound. Then look in your photos app and you'll see the images. You can print them just like you'd print a photo.

I have recently updated to iOS 7.1 - which seems to be the start of the problem. The bar at the bottom of the summary page in itunes when your device is plugged in is only orange symbolizing "other". It does not show audio, pictures, movies etc.
