I bought a ringtone and got charged twice for it and didn't recieve it
got charged twice for a ringtone but didn't recieve the tone what can I do?
I downloaded them from Verizon Tones. I've used Zedge in the past so I may install that again. I did eventually find my missing ringtones last night by accident!

Contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them. Assuming that it's an iTMS mistake and not that you mistakenly purchased the same song twice, they should then issue a credit to your account.

I bought an app called Interior Design_floor plans & decorating ideas by pengfei zheng. It froze when I tried to look at the demo plan on the app so tried reloading it. Completely disappeared so I went back to the App Store and when I clicked on it to see if it would let me reload and it charged me again. So now I've paid twice for an app that first froze then wouldn't reload after it charged me again. No reviews came up until after I clicked to reload it again, if there were any that showed up I wouldn't have bought it at all. How can I get my money back? The app is crap and the reviews I read said the same.

My credit card got charged twice for the same subs...
I just renewed my unlimited world subscription. But for some reason, Skype subscribed me twice, meaning my one account has two same subscriptions, and my credit card was charged twice. Would you please cancel one and refund me? It just doesn't make sense at all to have two same susbscriptions in one account. So rediculous. Please respond. Thanks.

Go into the iTunes store and into your account.
After entering your account there should be purchase history in the 3rd tab ( if you're using the latest iTunes software ).
Printscreen your Purchase history and send it over to Brave Frontiers help and support forums.
