I bought an iPhone 4s from someone, this person used all the free iCloud accounts, now is it possible to delete this accounts without getting hold of this person? If not, is there a way of getting another
Open Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings, so the phone will be wiped to start with your Apple ID and set up iCloud

If the seller didn't do the above, you need to get the seller to do this. If you don't, you won't be able to re-activate the phone. It will be useless to you.

Help with what? If the WiFi radio is broken, there's nothing any of us on this forum can do help you. Either go to Apple and pay for an out of warranty replacement, or find a 3rd party repair shop and get the phone repaired.

and restore my iphone .. Now do not be in use for not having ID and password ... Owner apple owner just gave me a serial number how do I want to continue to use this ... I bought an iphone 4s from someone off of craigslist. I went to update to ios7 (it was running ios5 for some reason) and when it finally updated it said the phone needed to be unlocked by the carrier. I don't know who the original carrier of the phone is or what to do about it.
I'm using Consumer Cellular and it my sim was working perfectly in my Iphone 4 for 7 months.
Did I totally get screwed out of $90?
I think the phone was jailbroken but I'm not sure.Only the carrier to whom the device is locked can authorize it's unlocking.
Consumer Cellular is not a supported carrier.
Jailbreaking voids all rights to support from Apple and these user to user support forums. -

The only solution is to erase the apps and purchase them through your own iTunes Store account. You have no legal right to those apps - the license is not tranferrable - and cannot in any case update them without the orginal purchaser's Apple ID.

Can I charge my iPad mini and/or my iPhone 4S from 220 volt outlets using just the correct plug adapter for the country, without a power converter?
Not staff or owner by a long shot.
I just know that anecdotally I have seen people reporting issues with their mini's charging. Is there a real issue or not? I don't know. Not a day goes by that a person doesn't post here complaining that their iPad won't charge and it turns out that they're trying to do it via USB or with the iPhone block.
But while there are a lot of user fixes sometimes it's good to have the pros take a look at things,and at the very least document that there has been an issue.

rule those out and it leaves issue with the iPad. -

when I was resetting everything it turned out that they didn't deactivate their ituns account on the phone so I am unable to sign in. I tried to contact them to see if they can deactivate the account using icloud but it seems like that person isn't going to be replying. Is there anything I can do?

If a second-hand iOS device has been 'Activation locked' then only the previous owner can unlock it, either by providing you with the account ID and password, or by removing it from his list of devices (as he should have done before selling it) - please see http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4515
If you are unable to contact him to do this then I'm afraid you will not be able to use the device - there is no other way of unlocking it at all. Apple cannot unlock it for you.
You should if possible return it to wherever you bought it and ask for a refund as in this event the device is completely useless. -

ALWAYS sync photos to a computer, don't count on icloud to store them for you. It does include photos from the camera roll in a backup, but that's all - and restores are not reliable when it comes to photos.

Since you should always be syncing photos to your computer as you would photos from a camera, then sync from iphone to itunes/computer, then sync from itunes/computer to ipad.

On a PC, simply drag photos to the designated Photo Stream Upload folder. By default, this folder is located atC:\Users\<user name>\Pictures\Photo Stream\Uploads. You can change this location by visiting Photo Stream Options in the iCloud Control Panel for Windows. -

You won't be able to create a new account on that iPad as the previous owner(s) have already created the maximum number possible. (You also can't delete an existing account in order to create a new one.)
Your only options are to either reuse one of the accounts previously created, or create a new account on another iOS device (running iOS 5 or higher) or Mac (running OS X Lion or higher), if you have one. (Or use a friend's device to create the account.)
