I've downloaded the new version according to Creative Cloud but when I try to launch the app the window appears saying there is a new version, so I click on download now and it crashes. What's happening and what should I do? Thanks.

The CC does not needs any serial number, it is based on Adobe ID.
In case you are being asked for serial number then you can refer to.

Adobe Illustrator appears as "installed and updated" on Creative Cloud but I cannot find the Application on my Computer (Windows)

Creative Cloud is installed and working on my computer, nevertheless the Application "Adobe Illustrator" appears as "Installed and Updated" but it is physically NOT in my computer.
I cannot find the Application in my computer, I installed Photoshop and other Apps, they are all to find in my PC, except Illustrator.
I tried to uninstall Creative Cloud and all the Apps that I had, I re-installed creative cloud but still it showed "Adobe Illustrator" as "installed and updated", even if I have no Adobe illustrator folder on my Computer, it really does not exist in my computer.
What is wrong with the Application?

Installing Photoshop cc on a new iMac with retina display , but when PS opens , i receive following message;

i installed photoshop on my new iMac with retina display. I worked always with a windows pc , and i am completely new in the macworld. When i opened photoshop the first time , i saw the following message ;
open system preferences, click on design (in dutch it calls vormgeving) and switch off the function for smooth text for fontsize 8 and smaller to display the user interface off photoshop correctly.
