In Denmark but can only make emergency calls

I'm in denmark wanting to make just a couple calls so I didn't get an international plan. But my phone says I can only make emergency calls. Phone is a new Samsung s6 Active. Help!

Hi there! @wormturner thanks for posting your concerns. I’m sorry to hear you are unable to make calls while in Denmark. I’ll be happy to help! It is possible that you don’t not have international roaming active on the account. I highly recommend adding an international plan to your line, as this can save you a great deal versus pay per use rates, which are 1.50 per minute in Denmark.

Tap Settings / General / Reset / Reset Network Settings.
That will revert to factory settings but may help.

Please make sure you have the right country code when calling. It seems today some of the numbers you called still had UK country code

Make sure country flag is correct or you can dial with + sign which is followed by country code and then the number itself.

Bought credits but can't make call

Bought credits to UK - subscription- but couldn't make à call to the re-occuring phone meeting that I need the credits for. My Skype-app says I have no credit, when I log in via safari it says the subscription (or payment) is delivered. Ended UP paying for à 31 minute Call via My ordinary phone subscription/bill. Please assist.

You have UK subscription to landlines, but it seems you were calling shared cost numbers.
Share cost and premium numbers are not covered by subscription, therefore Skype Credit is required and call rates are listed here: http://www.skype.com/intl/en/prices/payg-rates/?currency=EUR#cc=GB

Help! Am logged on but can't make video calls

I need help! I can make video calls on my desktop but since about 10 days ago i cannot make video calls from my laptop, even though i am signed in (like now). I just get the Skype Can't Connect error message and the endless circling arrow on right side.

If it's only happening to that one contact then the issue may very well be on their end. Their Internet speed, version, and router settings are a consideration. You can pass this information along to them:
1. Make sure they are using the latest version of Skype.
2. Hopefully their Internet speed is ample. For Skype to get the most out of that speed, you can suggest they place their computers's IP in the DMZ or their router or forward TCP/UDP ports 1024-65535. Disabling the use of 80/443 and uPnP in the Skype client software (if the option exists) can resolve stability issues. This can be done on your end as well to provide the most ideal conditions.
3. If they are going wireless have them try to go wired to see if anything changes.

Receiving incoming phone calls but can't make outgoing calls

while connected to my vehicle's hands free device my outgoing call was dropped...when I tryed to redial nothing occurred to connect to the number; once home tried to make a call free from the hands free and same results; however, I'm able to receive calls to the device.

It might have been reported stolen and remotely disabled. You can try booting into recovery mode and then connecting to iTunes:

Did you connect your iPhone to the computer and sync it with iTunes? You will need the internet as well as Apple will unlock your iPhone over the internet via iTunes. Let us know if this helps.

Can't make phone calls on my watch.

I can receive phone calls on my Apple watch but can't make outbound calls. The call ends immediately - it never dials or connects. Is anyone else having this issue?

Me again. Just spent half an hour in the Apple Store. It seems to be a network issue because when they ran a diagnostic it showed that all of the calls were being dropped by the network, not the device. So it may be that my carrier is not ready to deal with the new technology. Hopefully a carrier update will come soon. It is early days yet. Even the Apple Store employees did not have watches yet. They were envious of mine! And mine was the first "watch question" the guy at the Genius Bar had dealt with.

Multiple Verizon Customers can't make/receive calls

Me, my wife, and 2 other Verizon customers in our neighborhood are having problems. We can connect to 3g, have good signal for the most part, but we can't make or receive calls or text messages. I, my wife, and one friend all have the 4s, for sure, and I have another friend in the neighborhood (model unknown) who is experiencing the same problem. We can connect to 3g, but can't make/receive calls or texts over CDMA (apparently). I've hit the "Extended" network a few times and made calls. My Verizon signal is and has always been 50%-75% usually, with 100% sometimes. My friend says his daugher's iPhone 4 is working without issues.
When we get away from home, our phones work fine. My biggest concern is safety, since we have no landline at home. It's been this way since I've got home 330 p.m. Friday. Going on 48 hours now.

This is a customer-to-customer forum, not Customer Service. Have you tried contacting Customer Service via some else's phone or by going to the local Corporate store? Maybe there's an outage in your area?
