Sorry, but if you did not set up Find My iPhone, then unless your iPhone is set up with a company Microsoft Exchange server or other mobile device management system, there is no way to wipe the iPhone of its data, though if you had a screen lock in it, the thieves/finder will probably restore it and wipe the data anyway. There is no way to lock the iPhone permanently to prevent someone from using your iPhone, though you can report the loss to your cell carrier and they may be able to blacklist it from connecting to their network.

I have a DVD Acrobat Pro 9. I upgraded laptops and trying to install but the DVD is not readable. How can I get a new DVD or Download Acrobat Pro 1. The product is registered and I have the serial number. PS: Contacting Adobe on this issue is impossible... direct support stinks.
Download AA 9 Pro from http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html. Make a new backup for your archive. You might also take the DVD to your library to see if it is a drive problem. You might also carefully clean the DVD with water and soap (do not use anything that would scratch the surface or you have destroyed it for sure) and see if that solves the problem. This is particularly an issue if you have finger prints or other crud on the DVD. However, it could also be a bad drive as I mentioned. Hopefully the download solves your problem in any case (I would backup the download to CD and/or backup HD).

Not receiving icloud verification email, have checked spam etc..phone is just saying account not verified, the address was linked to my husbands account but has been removed, prior to this it was saying it was already in use.
If i change to an old address it works fine but all my apple equipment uses a current googlemail address and dont want numerous ids
My itunes account/icloud account only shows this address, albeit on icloud its not verified

As suggested on numerous sites it was in my spam folder....but because i am using googlemail it was in the Googlemail Spam on my phone and online google account, the spam wasnt getting to my outlook account (where i was looking for it!!!)
As soon as i opened it there they were all 38 verification emails !!!!!

First of all, I would have to say that getting in touch with you is a nightmare and I am not at all happy that I can't just email or live chat with someone who can help! I am not a technical person, I just want to be able to use Photoshop Elements and get on with it. I bought Photoshop Elements via Amazon some months ago and it worked fine. I then got a message that advised that the trial version would expire, which it subsequently has (I have been trawling your site for weeks and weeks trying to find an email or phone contact to get some assistance). If you are going to change your AppleID login you will need to log out and back in on all your devices. Turn off 'Find My iPhone/iMac/iPod' first or you will find yourself unable to sign out and be stuck.

I suspect you have a 2G iPod. Those can only go to iOS 4.2.1.
