I bought Photoshop CS5 Windows platform. I now own a Mac and want to install it to my new computer. Is this possible?
I bought Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended Student and Teacher Edition (Windows,English) a few years ago. I now own a Mac and would like to download and install my photoshop. Is this possible?
A windows license is only good for the Windows platform. CS5 does not qualify for a platform swap. You might be able to install it on a Mac if you get a Windows emulator for it.

I have purchased Lightroom 5 for my window computer. I have just purchased an Apple Mac and want to install it there also but Adobe won't accept my existing Lightroom key

The Lightroom serial number is cross-platform. It works on both Windows and Mac.

If you have not been able to install iTunes because the Windows Installer service is not available, I would recommend the troubleshooting in the following troubleshooting to help.
Issues installing iTunes for Windows
These in particular:
Make sure you have an administrator account.
To install iTunes, you'll need to log in to your computer with an administrator password. If you're not sure if you have an administrator account, read Windows 7: How do I log on as an administrator? You could also refer to your computer's help system, contact your IT department, or visit support.microsoft.com for assistance.
Install the latest Microsoft Windows updates.
To download the latest updates, visit the Microsoft Windows Update website. iTunes for Windows requires Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8 with the latest Service Pack installed. If you can’t install the updates, refer to your computer's help system, contact your IT department, or visit support.microsoft.com for assistance.
Download the latest version of iTunes.

Disable conflicting software.
Some Windows background processes can cause issues for other programs and processes. These conflicts can prevent applications, such as iTunes, from installing. Disable conflicting processes by starting your computer using MSConfig:

Using Msconfig to troubleshoot conflicts in Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8
Some security software made by other companies can't be disabled using MSConfig. If you've installed security software and you're having issues installing iTunes or QuickTime for Windows, you might need to disable or uninstall security software to resolve installation issues.
Restart your computer.
Install iTunes.

I purchased the Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 about 6 months ago. I want to install it to my new computer which is a Macbook Pro with no CD Drive. How do I install it when I got it in CD form?
I doubt the license is affecting the performance - it might be a case of the software being too old for the machine.
In any case, you can contact Adobe support thru chat and have them reset your activation count to eliminatre your doubts regarding the license.

want to install Indesign on my new computer but am having trouble. First bought CS2 in 2009 and upgraded to 7.5 in 2011. I have the serial numbers for both and was able to use it on my last computer. I don't use Indesign that often but there are some projects that it's good for. Where do I start?

Now have a mac and want to connect Ipod without loosing file
I recently upgraded computers to an Mac I originally had a PC and my ipod was loaded on a PC now I want to use my ipod on my Mac but i am scared if I plug it in I will lose my songs. How can I avoid this?
First, it is always good to have a back up of your music files in addition to your iPod. Do not throw your PC until you finishing the transfer.

I synced my Iphone3G to my desktop windows computer. I now own a MacPro and want to swap my phone sync to this laptop instead. Any ideas how?
Try this way:
set up your iTunes account, disable autosync in iTunes, connect your phone to your new Mac and right click on it in the device list and choose backup.iTunes will backup your phone without syncing.
Transfer your purchases the same way, choosing "transfer purchases" this time.
When you connect your phone for the first time, all media content will be erased. But you can restore your settings and app data from your manual backup afterwards.
Don't forget to set up at least one contact and event on your new computer to be able to merge calendars and contacts when you sync the phone for the first time.

Hi, I have bought Photoshop and Premiere Elements for windows, but I now have a iMac and would like to deactivate on the PC and transfer the programs to the iMac. Is that possible even do I bought it for Windows?
Normally an Elements purchase is good for both platforms. You should only need to download and install the Mac versions of the programs and install and activate them using the serial number you have from the opriginal purchase.

HI, I just bought Photoshop CS5 and I have a problem with HDR pro
HI, I just bought Photoshop CS5 and I have a problem with HDR pro . when I am trying to mount 3 images together it act in a strange way ( the images appear and disappear many times) then when the window with the result appear and I say ok it open up in photoshop as a single image ( in the layers there is just 1 photo) and when I am trying to work it up with the Plug in/filter HDR Effex Pro (Nik softwear) a pop up window appear saying that the file is missing and the operation it is not possible. Why and what is happening ? Someone can help me ?
This is normal operation. The output from HDR pro does not produce a layered file. You make all your adjustments in the Nik Plug-in. Once Nik has finished you then make any rinal changes in Photoshop. Trying to use NIK again on the image in Photoshop is not the way to do this.
When HDR pro comes up do you see all the presets and controls? Presets on the left and controls on the right
