I Bought a 15 dollar iTunes card. And I put it in. And it told me I only had a balence of. 5 dollars. Where did the other 10 go?

I've opened a discussion about this.
I had 0.01 left in my account and redeemed 50dollars
but got only 25.01 .
They only credit me for half of what I bought the gift card for.
Also waiting for an answer,.. but no one seems to know what is wrong or how to solve this.

Than I click the forgot security questions than it sends it to my email but that's the problem I do not get any email.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of doing so include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

I bought a $50.00 dollar Itune card and redeemed my card on Itunes and I went to the apple store to get some music and I was asked for my credit card info and was charged not only on my credit card but on the itunes card as well $ 8.65

Generaly, if you have an iTunes card and a valid credit card, you have the option of charging your purchases to eiher one or the other? By default, it goes to your iTunes card, but you can override that.

Is the replacement exactly the same as the original ie same memory size & same version? If so it may require updating the OS software before trying to restore your stuff from the backup.

Hi Maastricht2014,
Until and unless you remember the password to your old email address, you will not be able to access the eBooks as those eBooks are only authorized with your old email address only.
The only workaround or alternative to access your eBooks will be to contact the eBook vendor and ask them to migrate the eBook from your old email to the new one.

What you normally should do is go back the retailer from whom you purchased the card and discuss the problem with them. They should either correctly activate the card or give you a new one. If they refuse to help, as some retailers do, go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. They will ask for a scan of the front and back sides of the card as well as a copy of the receipt

If you had an unpaid order and applied the gift card, it would pay for the unpaid order.

How do I retrieve my security answers to put an iTunes card on a new touch I added to my account?

I have had a 3rd gen touch for a couple years. I bought my son a new 4th gen and my daughter her own 4th gen touch. I added them to my account and added a $25 iTunes card to my son's. The store is asking my security answers and I have no clue anymore. How do I get these answers?
Both new 4th gen touches are ready to play but my daughter's says it cannot sync due to a missing disc. What is that about? How do I fix?

I was trying to redeem my iTunes card and cannot be process at this time try again later...Its been like that more than an hour now

It should keep asking for the password, because it's trying to check for purchases... As soon as you login, it will see you have pending downloads and create the downloads section on the left below Purchases under the Store section. Then it will start the music downloads there, as they will be listed one below the other.
You could just try to check your account balance or view your account and that will trigger a password request too. You can just click on that and say that now iTunes keeps asking for the password and ask him to help you with that. Trick would be to interrupt him so that he carries on with another task after, so he doesn't notice the download. Or you carry on with email or browsing which you were "busy" with when iTunes interrupted you for the password (stupid iTunes)
