Happy to help you :) go to seeing and than general or settings than iTunes store it's for sure in settings but you may want to set it up on your computer in which case it's (windows) edit > preferences (Mac) iTunes preferences

Can I access my itunes library through my parents apple tv? I would like to show them photos from my library.
Not unless the iTunes library is on your parent's local network.
If it is, then configure iTunes and AppleTV to use the same Home Sharing Credentials, and set up Photos to Share under the iTunes Advanced tab.

My former pc burned out and i can't access my itunes library on my new pc. I attached my nano 3rd gen to the new pc and was able to transfer only purchased songs from itunes. How do I transfer the rest of the songs i downloaded from CD's.

i can only access my itunes library if i plug in my external hard drive. how do i find where the itunes songs are on my external hard drive and how do i move them to my computers internal hard drive so i no longer have to have the external hard drive plugged in?
When the drive is connected, use the Organize Library command in iTunes. If the entire library is located there, drag it to the internal drive, launch iTunes with the Shift key held down, and point it there.

i have had bad luck with computers laitly and have 5 pc allready authorised now i have a new one i cant authorise it so i can not access my itunes account can u deauthroise my pc from my accont so i can access it again

Going on the page that you've posted from I assume that you've forgotten the answers to your security questions (?). If you have forgotten them and you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 on the page that you posted from should let you reset them : go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account, then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use, or you could change to 2-step verification : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5570

My iphone4s can not update the apps while it could download the apps. It shows that the update can not access to itune store. I don't know how to deal with it...
Many people (including me) are having the same problem at present. There are other threads in the message board with the same complaint.
There is nothing you can do about it except wait for Apple to fix the problem. -

The songs that you want to sync need to be on the "local" storage of the computer being used to sync the iPod.

How can I access my itunes library from another computer in my home. The computers are on a wireless network. The computer that we have used as our main computer and that has our library on it is running Windows XP. The laptop that I want to use to access the library is running VISTA. ANy ideas?
You can sign into the iTunes Store on it, but your library won't be automatically put onto it.

You need to transfer the iTunes Library from the most recent backup you made before the hard drive was replaced.
You can't transfer the full iTunes Library from the iPad back to iTunes.
There are third-party Windows applications that will transfer data from an iOS device, but they don't re-create the iTunes Library exactly as it was before. -
Someone hacked my computer and set up a new administrative account by re-registering my computer. I can not access this account nor delete it. How can I fix this and get my computer back to the way it was? And also prevent this from being able to happen again. Not sure why you can't delete that account. If you have admin privileges, you should be able to. Sounds like you only removed the Home Folder for that account.
You should highlight/select the account you want to remove and then click the minus button. Might need to unlock the padlock with your admin password.
