I can't able to open the *.log files from the firefox browser and i need to open the file inside the frame
If i open the log file from firefox browser it is not open and throws an error as
"The address wasn't understood
Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (e) isn't associated with any program or is not allowed in this context."
What type of log file?
What is the file name?
What is the file path or URI?

I can no longer send or respond to email from my Firefox browser. I closed and sent from Internet explorer and it works fine. What changed? The only thing different this morning, I downloaded Adobe uprade?I had this hotmail issue myself a while back. I Googled, scanned MS website, scanned MSN website, visited forums, couldn't figure it out. I tried Firefox and Opera and even changed the Opera mask setting from Opera to Internet Explorer. Nothing worked. My best guess was that I was signing on (with the new MSN Live as opposed to MSN Hotmail - the OLD interface) with the "Remember me on this computer?" box checked. I now make sure it is un-checked (which is not the default) and hotmail lets me in.
Not exactly sure if that is the real remedy, but thot I'd throw the story your way just in case... -
I was reading a file from a large folder, and now I get an error file can't be located?
The entire folder id=s now missing, and a search doesn't locate the folder. I know I didn't hit delete brause I never got the confirm promt.

The web pages do not completely fill the screen at the top of my computer screen as I can see the top of my desk top page. It is opaque but still visible. I would like to have the entire screen (the bookmarks still visible along the side, of course) and not see the background of the desk top. Thank you.
Try to disable transparency in Windows, see:

When I am inside my Gmail account checking my email I get the "Firefox is unresponsive" message all the time since about a couple weeks or so. I get the same when inside my FB page. And twice now I got a message from FB that tells me that s/o has logged in from a different browser and asks me to verify that it was me. I have not changed my browser. Please advise.

Anyway, I downloaded it all but just photoshop I downloaded separtly, It is really the only one I use. Seems my old OS was to old and my new is too new?
I have a new mac and wanted to bring over my Design suite CS 4. I downloaded photoshop but it says "Setup" can't be opened because it is from an unidentfied developer. Anyway to install this? I have the serial number for my orginal CS4 design suite.

If you have the suite then you have to download the whole suite otherwise the Serial Number will not work, if you only download Photoshop. Once you download the suite you can choose to only install Photoshop and use the Serial number you have.

While browsing in Releaselog, I can't open a new Tab from a link(Ctrl left button). It opens in the same Tab and has just started happening this week. All other websites are ok.

Hi there, my iMac has automatically been deleting files from my thumb drive when I try to open them. The lost files aren'tin the trash or anywhere else I can think of. Any ideas?
If one drive works and the other doesn't that points the finger at the errant drive. They are cheap, replace it. To check formatting right click it in Finder and choose Get Info and look for Format type. Finally do you eject it when removing it or do you just pull it out of the USB connection?

I've rebooted. No difference. Ive even done a system restore, No difference. I've done a search of my whole p.c. with no result.It appears to be only on firefox as it's not there on internet explorer. I've tried to attach a screen shot for you but no luck. I hope you can help me ,as I've tried everything I can think of.

i have never been able to migrate my ibooks library from iTunes to ibooks. Setup stops during creating ibooks library with the following error message:iBooks quit unexpectedly while creating your library.

Welcome to the forums.
You can try one of the two options below to work around your issue.
Drag and drop the files from the desired music folder to the BlackBerry Music folder using the computer.
Open the desired music folder on the computer
Go into Computer or My Computer and open the BlackBerry network drive
Open the Music folder
Drag the desired music files from the computer music folder to the BlackBerry Music folder
Try a different Windows profile.
Go into the Control Panel and create a new user account
Put some music files in a folder that is accessible by all profiles or transfer them to the BlackBerry device
Log out of the current profile and log into the new profile
Transfer music into iTunes or Windows Media Player
Launch BlackBerry Link and go through the setup configuring the music source of your choice
Click on the Computer name in the bottom left corner of Link
Select Music on the left side
Drag and drop the desired music files from the list to the BlackBerry name in the bottom left corner of Link
If neither of these options work for you then you will want to contact your mobile service provider and ask that this issues be escalate to BlackBerry support for investigation.

my macbook is loaded with microsoft word for macs and every time I try and open the program I get an error reading and it will not open. This is what it says:
The application Microsof Word quit eunexpectedly. Powerpoint and the other applications still respond!The joys of Microsoft!
Maybe the preferences file is corrupted. You should be able to find the Word preferences file in the folder:
your user name/Library/Preferences
Its name is com.microsoft.Word.plist
I suggest you drag this another folder and try Word again.
If that doesn't work then you might find clearing the cache files will fix the problem. You can do this manually but I never bother. Instead I use a program like Snow Leopard Cache Cleaner (shareware) or Onyx (free). These programs do lots of other maintenance jobs so it's worth having at least one of them.

I can't deauthorise my daughter's last computer from iTunes because it has crashed. We have three computers in the house but I can't authorise my new MacbookPro for iTunes or homesharing because it says I have 5 computers authorised (I don't). I can't even get my music from the iTunes library on my old Macbook onto my new one, because it won't let me sync my iPhone 5 with my old Macbook, as I can't update the iTunes software. So I have a new MacbookPro and a new iPhone 5 and I can't get any of my music on either of them. I feel singularly depressed.
As you have more than 1 computer authorised then you should be able to log into your account on your computer's iTunes (Store > View My Account) and 'deauthorise all' (which you can do once every 12 months) and you can then authorise/reauthorise the computers that you still have and need : authorising and deauthorising.

Whenever I open a new Firefox Browser, the other Firefox Browsers that I have minimized to the bottom of the screen all restore, (reopen up) onto the screen with the new opened Firefox Browser, how do I stop this? Just want the new one to open on screen and the existing stay minimized.

If not, it could be some add-on causing this behaviour - restart Firefox in Safe Mode, disable all add-ons, and enable them one by one to find the guilty one.
If it still happens in Firefox Safe Mode, some other program (or something in Windows itself) most likely is the cause. We may be able to help with this too, so let us know what works and provide as much additional information as possible to let us help you solve this.

You need the 8.2 version of the ACR module, and PS10 is too old to be updated.
So, you can choose between 3 solutions:
- update PSE to PSE12
- use the Canon software to convert the raw files to the tiff format which PSE10 can handle
- download and install the free Adobe DNGconverter which is able to convert a whole folder of CR2 raw files to the Adobe DNG raw format which PSE10 can handle.
The last two solutions are free.
