I can't accept gifts in games

when i go to accept gifts in farmtown or farmville it has a 10 second or so lag before it comes up for me to send, also when i am trying to ask friends for gifts all the friends names well about 20 names are in row and you cant click on them, there is no slide bar on side to move up or down so i cant send or ask for anything. This just happen with the new install, can you help

What account was it downloaded with ? Whether or not an app is free you can only make in-app purchases using the same account that downloaded it. As it is free you could delete it (which will remove your game settings/progress) and re-download it with your own account

I can no longer load certain games on face book after updating to 4.0.1

after updating to 4.0.1 I can no longer load the game farmville or frontierville on facebook. i first tried to send a feed back and it indicated that I had the wrong version. I went through reseting the useragent as per your instructions but not all of your useragents you indicated were listed. I then tried again to send a feedback this time it went through but after entering my comments it would not send them. So do I uninstall firefox and start over? If I do what happens to my bookmarks?

It went a little farther this time after disabling AVG. The problem still exists it will not continue loading the app. It just goes dead there is no traffic on the sat modem, also it does not show any friends when I try to send gifts. All of this worked with the previous version of FireFox. I tried it with Google Chrome and everything worked just fine.

I can't download the app '12 days of christmas'. The app details say that you don't need to use a device and that you can "download the gifts from your computer". How do I do this?

Go to the Purchases Tab in the App Store and Accept the apps.
Then you'll be able to update them.

Happy Holidays! If you are the family organizer, you need to have a credit or debit card because you are responsible for everyone's purchases. However, when a family member makes a purchase, if he or she has a gift or store credit, the store credit will applied first, and the organizer would pay the difference. Making purchases
After you set up your family, any time a family member initiates a new purchase it will be billed directly to your account unless that family member has gift or store credit. Once paid for, a purchased item is added to the account of the family member who initiated the purchase. Trying to set up family share and the invitation does not show the accept decline option so we can't accept the invitation. Anyone know how to fix?

Several things here so let me attempt to clarify.
For iCloud the reason the contacts where removed from he other device is because you updated your contacts, in this case deleted them, and then iCloud updated the other device to match. By deleting the iCloud account on the device it will stop the device from using that iCloud account and therefore nothing will change on the other device. By using a seperate Apple ID you can still use the features of iCloud, Find My iPhone comes to mind, without your content (contacts, message etc.) merging with the other device
For iTunes, you cannot use two Apple IDs for one account however if you use the same account iTunes on your computer will keep the content on each device seperate very nicely. You can also configure the settings for iTunes and the App store on each device to keep the content from automatically downloading to the other device. What I meant by share apps and music is this. What happens if you find a game, lets say Minecraft, that you really like and it cost, as Mincraft cost, $6.99USD. You buy it and play for a while and then you realize that your husband really likes the game as well. If you both use the same Apple ID for iTunes he can download the $7.00ish game to his device at no additional charge. If you use seperate Apple IDs for iTunes well... it look like he will also be paying for the game to have it on his account. Same goes for Music and Movies

To use the iTunes Store, you need at least iTunes 9.2.1 which requires Mac OS X 10.4.11 or later. You'll need to upgrade her computer to 10.4 or 10.5 before she'll be able to redeem her card and make purchases.
Apple no longer offers Mac OS X 10.4, though they may still have copies of 10.5 if you call the Apple Store (and assuming that your G4 will support 10.5; it requires at minimum an 867MHz G4 processor). Otherwise you'll have to look to independent resellers or places such as eBay for a copy of 10.4 or 10.5; make sure you get a retail (black label) copy, not the system disk from another Mac (grey label).

You can use the pop-up arrow next to the app price (on the app's page) to select Gift This App.

Can apps be gifted with credit? I have credit on my account and when trying to gift an app was declined saying that credit card was declined.

Is there any timeline soon that apple users will be able to open things that need adobe flash player? I can not even play any games on Facebook, I can't open certain files, pictures sent to me or things like forms I news to see when I am not home

I am so frustrated about Adobe Flash player. I can not play any Facebook games, open certain files and pictures and documents that I need to access because not only does this phone not do it but my old Palm Pre couldn't do it either. I have had so many times where I needed to access things either online or via email, or message that I can not even look at because of this. I have to wait until I for home or ask someone else to do it for me which is embarrassing. I rave about my iPhone 4S all the time because it is truly great except for this. When it use to happen with my Pal Pre I figures once I got my iPhone that it wouldn't happen anymore but I guess I was completely wrong. I have had this problem for years and always get a message saying that it's being worked on. Well a couple of years is a long time to work on it. I understand about contracts and stuff but why is it taking a company such as Apple to be able to get it for their products? I get a lot and always want to play the games on Facebook but I can't do it on most of them at least the ones I have tried. So I can not play against anyone at that time I have to wait until I get home or use someone else's computer or something. Please tell me that in the extremely near future that this will not be a problem anymore. PLEASE!! I am sure I am not the only one out there who is having issues and if you do get it available please let there be an upload/upgrade for current phones and not just for future versions of Apple phones. That just wouldnt be very fair to all of your loyal customers and tell everyone to get your products because they are great and end up leaving this little problem out until they by your phone. Especially if they just got the phone they have. You guys are awesome with technology I have faith that you can make this available to all Apple products old and new by uploads or upgrades. Thank you hopefully can give me some info about the status with this or if there wen is one. I would have thought that being a company such as you are that it would already be taking care of right from the beginning and not wait years to take care of somewhat that is very important ro have especially when there is so much our there using Adobe Flash now. Game Center is just simply used for what you are seeing, leaderboards and stats between your friends and yourself.
To launch an app, first download it from the app store, then just tap the icon on the home screen when it is done downloading!!!
