I can't download anything from App Store or make any in app purchases after deleting a large game from my ipad
I deleted a very large app from my iPad (3.3GB) and since then I cannot download anything from the App Store nor can I make in app purchases. Please help
Have you tried reset iPad?
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected.

Your apps were purchased under the old ID, so they will have to be deleted and re-purchased/downloaded under your new one.

Please if anyone can help apple doesn't seem to care?If you need to reinstall Mac OS X 10.8.x (there is no 10.8.6 yet, by the way), restart your Mac, hold down the Option key so you see all the bootable partitons, and boot to the Recovery Partition. From there you can reinstall Mountain Lion. You will need a good Internet connection.

I can't download anything from app store and ibook , when I download something it keeps waiting and nothing happen I tried 3G and wifi and the same problem
I tried to rest all the settings and nothing happened
BTW I am using iPad 3 4G

Reset Learned from Old Toad
and you can try:
- Sign out of the App Store (in the Store menu)
- Quit the App Store
- In Finder - Go>Go to folder... (or Apple-shift-G)
- Paste in the following "~/Library/Caches/ "
- It will take you to a folder. Delete com.apple.appstore
- Launch the App Store. -
My iPod touch 4th gen. Keeps giving me the error message "cannot connect to the app store when I sign in. I can open the app store and browse it but I can't download anything. I have full signal strength with my wi-fi and safari is working perfect. I turned it off and restarted it 3 times now. I have an iPad 2 and the app store works flawlessly with it. What is going on?
Same here on my lpad2. Can access the web just fine from browsers but cannot install new apps or updates in appl store. Seeing a few others reporting same issue tonight so likely an apple server issue and staff will notice it in network monitors and fix it...sometime this weekend.

Can't download anything from iTunes Store

I have an iPhone 5 running on IOS 6. Everything is working fine, except for I can't download anything from the iTunes Store. I can't download music, TV programs, or films. I'm pretty sure I can't download podcasts either. I can download apps absolutely fine, just not anything from the iTunes Store. As soon As I press download, it downloads as normal, but as soon as it reaches the end and says processing, as normal, it just sort of finishes. It doesn't end up in my music or videos folder. I also can't transfer any music or media from my computer to the device. As I said apps and photos and everything else is running fine.
Has anyone else had the problem? Any solutions?
ThanksIt does indeed sound to me like that hotspot either blocks connections to the iTunes Store (quite possibly to prevent people from loading their connection up with large downloads) or has a routing problem. In either case there's probably nothing you can do other than to just use a different hotspot, though you can talk to the cafe and ask them if they're indeed blocking the iTunes Store; that would at least let you know for sure.

I can't download anything from Ovi store anymore , both "download via PC" and "Download on mobile" options are disabled (grayed)
This applies to all applications including those which I have never downloaded before !!!

As you can see on the above image (and on the Nokia Store app pages) you need to install Nokia Drop for the buttons to activate.

It still look biggerIf pinching the screen does not work, try shutting down the app in the task bar.
Double tap the home button, press and hold the app store app untill it wiggles. Press the red dot to close.
Tap the home button again.
Other things to try:
Make sure IOS is updated to latest version
Reboot device by pressing both the home button and sleep/wake (power) buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings
(no media or data will be deleted from the device, this will only take a minute). -
I just bought a new Ipad mini a while ago, and created a new apple ID *********** , I can't download anything on apps store, it keeps on asking for a credit card but I don't have one. Can I create an account without a credit card?

It is the same for the app store. You are required to have some sort of payment method in the record.

Again, this only affects you if someone *redownloaded* content with a different ID. In my case, I emailed iTunes Store support, explained the situation, and they reset the counter. I recommend you try the same
If you read discussion boards, this is a significant change from a year ago, when Apple told people in the same situation to go f&$# themselves. Clearly it's dawning on them that this is a stupid policy, and my guess is if people keep complaining they'll change it to something more reasonable. Remember, it wasn't that long ago you couldn't re-download content at all.
Apple can't really afford to play hardball on this. Sure, the hardcore fanboys will always say "Thank you sir, may I have another" whatever Apple throws at them, but the rest of us will just switch to Amazon, which has none of these restrictions. -
I can't download anything on the Mac App store. It says This Apple ID cannot be used for the Mac App Store.
I went into settings, iTunes & App Store and tapped on my appleID, then signed out. I went back into the App Store on my phone and tried to download the app and then signed in again, and it worked!

I don't know why I can't download anything from AppStore, anything download still on waitingIf there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Try this. Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it should resume the download.

Another thing to try - Turn the iPad Off & then back ON.
If that doesn't work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
• Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
• After restart, the Waiting should be gone.
