I have tried with different browsers, fire wall and virus protection off and also to download the trial of Adobe Premiere Elements 13 but result is every time same.

What make/model camcorder are you using?
Are you absolutely certain this is AVCHD video? Tell us more about the video settings you used in the camcorder (eg, frame size, frame rate, quality level)
Why are you attempting Log & Transfer from a card reader instead of from your camcorder? Have you tried doing Log & Transfer from your camcorder?
Are the SD cards straight from the camcorder, unaltered, or are you just using the cards as storage?
Are you using FCE 4.0 or FCE 4.0.1? -
How do I remove the Adobe Premiere Elements Trail Version Sign from my video?
I'm making a video using the Adobe Premiere Elements, but they have a trail version logo across the screen so I cannot fully make a video without that showing. Is there any possible way that I can remove it? Thanks!

You cannot remove the Adobe watermark from an export of the Premiere Elements tryout, be it an export to file saved to the computer hard drive or a burn to disc.
But, you can remove the Adobe watermark from the Premiere Elements project file (known as the project.prel) after you purchase the program.
All you do is open the project file from the tryout in the purchase Premiere Elements and then....
a. In the opened project, go to Timeline Menu/and click on Delete Rendered Files
or
b. do nothing (some of us have found that the Adobe watermark automatically disappears from the tryout project file when that tryout project file in opened in the purchased Premiere Elements.
See which one works for you. The classical version of the how to is "a" above.

About two years ago I recieved an adobe package in connection with the use of my Video camcorder Sony Elegria. It worked well on my old computer, which I have just exchanged for anothger one. Now the system refuses to accept downloading the Adobe Premiere elements 8, saying that it is corrupted (perhaps). How to proceed without having to purchase a new version. I was quite satisfied with the version 8 and would appreciate your help so I can continue benefitting from your product.

Kristian LaubjergAdobe doesn't have legacy versions avialable. You will have to find another source. As a minor, check the discs on another computer and if it works there, copy the files onto an USB stick or similar and use that as an install source...

I have recently had problems in getting my Adobe Premiere Elements 10 to run. One of the gentlemen was able to take over control of my computer, and got it working for me, however since that time the program will sometimes open but most times it just freezes the computer and I have to shut it down and re open without any success with opening the elements program.

What video card/graphics card does your computer use? NVIDIA GeForce? If so, please read the Announcement about the Premiere Elements 10 NVIDIA GeForce issue which is found at the top of this web site. Does that apply to you? The explanation for the situation and the fix (roll back of the driver version) are all included in that Announcement.
We need to rule in or out this factor at the onset before we get to other questions

What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 running on? Have you updated 12 to 12.1 Update using an opened project's Help Menu/Update? If not, please do so.
For your immediate issue, have you update the Online Services in preferences?
Where are you in the program when you get the message "Not possible to initialize on-line services".
Are you in a country outside of the USA?
There certain online services that are just not available outside the USA.
Please review and consider and then, based on your details, we will consider what next.

Have an old mac mini 2008 running OS x 10.6 Whenever I shut down or restart it won't find the dell screen again. Have tried with different screen same result. Have revived it before by unplugging all cables zapping PRAM and starting in safe mode but no luck now. It has all my daughters exam work on it which she, of course, has not backed up so any suggestions gratefully received.

Thanks for the additional information and background on your Premiere Elements projects.
Here are my suggestions for you to consider when you revisit Premiere Elements 13 on Windows 8 64 bit.
a. Music. Actually take your iTunes music into iTunes to convert them to .wav version. And, then import the .wav version
into the Premiere Elements project.

b. If you have a 1440 x 1080 HD anamorphic 16:9 source at 29.97 interlaced frames per second, then you (manually) or the project (automatically) set the project preset to
NTSC
AVCHD
HD1080i30
However, when you go to export the Timeline content, then you select an export choice which uses 1920 x 1080 16:9, not 1440 x 1080 which depends on a 16:9 flag to stretch the 1440 x 1080 to 1920 x 1080 for display after encoding.

with preset M2T - H.264 1920 x 1080i30 or MP4 - H.264 1920 x 1080p30.
The missing ingredients in this include frame rate of the original and frame rate for export. Also NTSC or PAL. I have assumed NTSC for now. Curious about the settings used in Premiere Elements 13 tryout on Windows 7 64 bit that you used for comparison to the Windows 8 64 bit results.

I just bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 with Adobe Premiere Elements 10 and I have a new HP Pavillion g6, Windows 7, i5 core, 2.4 processor.
The package did not have any clear instructions for installing these programs but the discs said for MAC or Windows. 2 of the disc said to START with disc 2 for Windows 7.
OK I did that, then I went to disc 3, then disc 4. Disc 1 and 5 were marked MAC and did not work. I tried them just in case. Remember there were no clear instructions.
I got the Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 icon on my start screen.
My questions are: Where is the icon for Adobe Premiere Elements 10?
Was I suppose to go in some particular order?
Should I have tried to install disc 1 and 5, because I tried them and they did not work?
Disc 4 said installation was successful for Adobe Premiere Elements 10, but I could not find it in my programs?
Is it now part of and incorporated into Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 and does not need a separate icon?

IMovieHD Stops importing after few seconds. Have tried a few things - help
I am fairly new to iMovie, but have successfully imported one project. Now, every time I try to import again, the import skips once or twice and then stops within 5 seconds. I have tried different tapes and same problem.
I have read 25 pages of discussions looking for solutions.
I tried moving the project to the Shared folder and retrying - this did not work. Did I have to delete it from the Movies folder, too?
Any other solutions about turning off FileVault might help. It sounds like that kind of problem, but I could not make it work.

Are you really still using OS X 10.2? If so you won't have FileVault on your mac...
Otherwise, please give a bit more information regarding the speed of your processor, amount of RAM, etc. Have you tried running a disk repair and permissions verification?

I downloaded the download assistant App but can't seem to download the actual adobe premier elements. Whn I go to the download site and hit down load it takes me back to the download asst app which I've already done.Finally saw a YouTube video that pointed out there is an arrow pointing right and left on either side of the Assistant program allow one to pick. Not a good color to see gray and gray.
