I can't download the Photoshop Trial!!

I just bought my computer few days ago, is a Macbook Pro and I want to download the Photoshop trial. Since yesterday, I'm trying and trying but when I download the Creative Cloud App (and I don't understand WHY I have to download this first...) is super mega slow, it takes super long for it do be even before the half! Then it freezes and I have to close it. Even the little window will not disappear after closing it so, I have to restart my computer -.- But at the beginning the Error 201 was appearing but I can't find the answer to fix that.
Please help me, like I don't want to ruin my new computer for just trying to download the trail. Don't know what's going on..

Downloaded the indesign trial and see it in my applications, but won't open. what is wrong?

I downloaded the trial version of Indesign and it successfully downloaded and i see it in my applications on my mac. when i click on it, it just doesn't open at all. It looks like it will open then displays the red adobe sign at the bottom of the screen and doesn't open/do anything. Any help is appreciated, needing this for a final project

You can delete it and go into the Purchased tab in the App Store can click Install, and will not be charged again.

in addition to Ashutosh's hint: I assume that you work with CC. So you could try to use your CCAps-manager (see screenshot of my German CC).
Even there the download is offered, the safe runs in my opinion. Trial or not, you can delete it, if you don't like it.

How can I download After Effects CS6 now that After Effects CC has come out? And is After Effects CS6 now free?
I'm wondering this as I don't have this right system for After Effects CC to run on my Macbook.

Afte Effects CC (12) and After Effects CS6 (11) have the same system requirements.

How long should it take to download the InDesign trial?

I have downloaded the creative cloud and it shows that Indesign and Photoshop are uploaded apps. Then when I click on them nothing happens. I tried to download InDesign again. All my computer is showing is a spinning icon. There is no percentage of completion, nothing to click on status, just a spinning wheel. I am concerned. Can you help me?

The download and installation of Indesign should not take more than a few minutes and it also depends on the network speed as well as the computer specs.
If the Creative Cloud Desktop App shows the apps as installed then please check your system, under Start > Programs, if you are able to find the application or not.
If not then please follow solution 2 and 3 of the KB : http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html

Where can I download the InDesign tutorial files ?

I have watched some of the tutorials from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/learn/tutorials/indesign.html. The first tutorial "
How to make a brochure with InDesign (17 min)" did contain downloadable files with which the tutorial was very helpful.
Now I have continued with "Essential tasks", but I cannot find the files they refer to in the tutorial videos. They seem to presume I have downloaded the files from somewhere (eg. at one point they talk about "Chapter 6").
Any help would be highly appreciated.

you stated the chapter is missing , is it not downloading or is it not there ? like is it mentioned in the contents and is not there in the book.
i checked the preview i know it says "chapter 11 table" but does it say the same in the contents you received ?

I set up an Adobe account, loggied in, and downloaded the Indesign trial version, however, when I tried to install it, the system kept saying my user ID (e-mail address) and password did not match, even if I was able to sign in before. I clicked on the trouble with signing in link, and entered my e-mail address. The system then said that e-mail address was invalid. So I tried to use a different e-mail address to create a new account, however the system said that the new e-mail address already exists. What should I do?

Can not download after effects trial on pc

So, im trying to make just a simple intro with after effects. Of course, i just wanted to try the program first. So , when i click "download trial" it takes me directly to adobe creative cloud doing absolutely nothing. I looked for a minute trying to find after effects on the creative cloud, after effects was not there. I tried many times to download the free trial just keeped doing the same thing. I don't know if it's because i have a pc , but i would really like an explanation of what's going on aswell, if i can actuly download the free trial. if anyone can solve this i would be most grateful.

After Effects is 64 bit only.
If you're running a 32 bit version of Windows then you cannot download or install After Effects - so it won't appear for you in the Cloud.
Is my PC running the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows?
