I can't get adobe reader x to copy a column with the alt key, can someone help me.

Thank you for getting back to me. I have a table with columns in it and I’m trying to copy just one of the columns, think of it as a stock table you would get in a newspaper and I just want to copy the column that has all the symbols in it. I use to be able to do this with no problem in previous versions of Adobe Reader by just putting my cursor next to the column I wanted, holding down the Alt key and selecting the data I wanted . But with the new version that came with my new laptop running Window 8.0 I can not accomplish this task. Adobe Reader wants to copy everything in the table. I would take a screen shot to show you, but when I open Reader, it takes over my entire screen and I can not get back to my task bar or desktop without closing the app. If you could also tell me how to correct or adjust this annoyance I would appreciate it. Needless to say I’m not currently a big fan of the new version of Reader. Is there any way I can go back to a previous version of the product with Windows 8 as my OS?

All of a sudden, I can't get Adobe Reader to open in the Windows XP environment on my laptop. Message: "Adobe Reader 8.1 has encountered a problem and needs to close..." I can't get adobe reader to install onto my new laptop with windows 8. Basically what happens is that I start the download from the adobe screen by clicking the yellow download button, then I click run (I've also tried save and run), then I allow the program to make changes to my hard drive, and then finally a blank grey box appears in the in the middle of the screen, titled "adobe reader installer". After this box appears nothing else happens. I've let it sit for at least 30 minutes and still nothing. I've also disabled my pop up blocker, and set the security settings to default as suggested in other posts. Unfortunately this is the only pdf program that works for the site we have to use to write contracts, so I need to get this figured out asap. Thanks in advance for any help and advice.

How can I get Acrobat Reader X to send my pdf to the printer?

My pdf just looks at me while I push all of the buttons, file menus and keyboard shortcuts associated with printing and it does nothing. No dialog box, no nothing. All three of my printers work and i've tried them all. It just doesn't do anything. Any suggestions? I really need help here.

Are you aware it only syncs iMessages. Also once enabled only new messages will sync, try messaging the user from the Mac and see if that gets things going for you.

Web Matrix FTP Remote Connection Error - "Connection Error - Failure to get file list from server. An entry with the same key already exists."

Does anyone have experience with this issue when connecting to a Linux FTP Web Server running a FTP Site?

I cannot access the root directory of the ftp file server using Web Matrix 3. The site is .php based, and
is accessible when connecting with FileZilla or Remote Connecting via FTP with Visual Studio.
All sites have been deleted from Web Matrix, the user Application Data has been cleared and Web Matrix has been reinstalled.
Issue Persists....

Turns out that the program leaves metadata in your app data folder that is not removed upon uninstallation of the software.
This is incorporated to communicate with a file that uploaded into the ftp directory when publishing pages.

I don't know if this will work, but I'd try logging in to an admin account, going to your main library (not user library), opening it, opening Application Support, selecting iPhoto, hold down the command key and press i, click on the lock in the lower left, entering the password and making sure you have Read & Write privileges for System and Admin.

What did I do wrong? I have been downloading all my photos into this same library since Janurary with no problems.

I can not get Adobe Reader to run

I have had many issues with Adobe Reader not working. When I go to open it it does not work. I have uninstalled it and now it will not load. When I go to open the file all I get is a small blank box and it will not go any further. I do not know what else to do. Help!
