I can't get into iTunes Store at all, iTunes no longer sends me new music Tuesday updates. What's up with all that?
I can't get into iTunes music store at all. It's just a blank page that says the music store may be busy, check my internet connection. Also I no longer receive information from iTunes on new releases Tuesdays. It's like they're mad and don't want to talk to me anymore.
Hey iTunes what's up with that? Do you want me to buy music from you or not?
I'm having the same problem. I've tried resetting my firewall, checking my anti-virus software program-blocks, uninstalled and reinstalled the program, and nothing works. Does anyone know what's going on?

Can't get into App Store at all
Can run App Store, but can't get further than sign in window — I can open it clicking "Store > Sign In..." but whatever enter there the only reaction is that progress indication spinnin' forever.
Tried to use new blank HDD + retail 10.6 + 10.6.6 combo = nothing helped.
Tried 3 different internet providers — the same with all of them. Moreover, among about 20 persons in the office only me and some other guys got problems, rest could install 10.6.6 and login successfully.
Any ideas are welcome.I guess complete reinstall from a scratch assuming that. But tried that many times on old installation — didn't help.
Strange finding — mate told me that had exactly the same issue on a new account he created on his Mac while haven't had any issue on reverting back to his old login account. But still — fresh installation presume new account while old ones had accounts for more than a year. -

two problems this morning. I can't get into itunes from my desktop icon. previously I've not been able to download a book to my ipod nano. it shows in the audiobooks menue and in "purchased" but can't download. Help thanks,

I can't get into the store!
i just installed iTunes Version 7, and since then i can't get into the store. i click on the "store" link, and it says I need to check my internet connection. But the thing is... my internet connection is fine. If anyone knows how to solve this, i would really appriciate it.
Windows XPi'm also having the same problem. i've tried repairing the software but its still the same.

If so, download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from the following page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another install. Does it go through this time? -
How to change apple ID on newly set up iPad ? Used my friends pc as iTunes had stopped working on mine and now his apple ID is showing as the default ID for iTunes and I can't get into my iTunes account ?? iCloud is fine , just iTunes that I can't seem to change defiant user id.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap his ID and sign out. Sign in with your ID. If you are in iOS 6 it is Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Apple ID.

Whenever I try to get into the store I get an error message (no number) saying iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store and to make sure my network connection is active and try again. I have tried flushing DNS and the other Apple suggestions. This has been happening since the 24th. I have no trouble with other web sites.

I have been trying to get into the iTunes store for about 3 weeks...I keep getting the message that says "store is temporarly unavailable"....what's going on with this and how can I fix it?
I recently upgraded to v10.1, and kept getting "We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (306). There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later." whenever I tried to access the iTunes Store. Safari also wouldn't load.
I even contacted customer support, and they were pretty useless.
After scouring around trying anything to fix the problem, I found a solution that worked!!!
The 306 error is related to issues with your proxy connections. A number of different things may potentially be causing the troubles, but a good place to start with your troubleshooting is adjusting your proxy connection settings in your Internet Options control panel.
(1) In your Start menu, select Control Panel.
(2) Open the Internet Options control panel. (If you are using Windows XP or Windows Vista you may need to select Classic View on the left before you can see Internet Options. If you are using WIndows 7 you may need to change "View by" to either Large icons or Small icons before you can see Internet Options.)
(3) Click the Connections tab.
(4) Click the LAN Settings button.
(5) Uncheck "Use a Proxy Server for your LAN". (If that option is already unchecked, try checking and then unchecking it.)
(6) Click OK to exit the LAN Settings dialog.
(7) Click OK to exit the Internet Options control panel.
(8) Restart the PC and try connecting to the Store again.

Whatis going on with iTunes. I can't get back on after doing an udate. It says the update failed, but I can't get back in to try again.
Go into Programs and Features and uninstall:
iTunes
Apple Application Support
Apple Mobile Device Support
Apple Software Update
Reboot. Download a fresh copy of iTunes. Right click on the exe file and select Run as Administrator.
I did this and it reinstalled as if nothing happened. All of my songs, podcasts and playlists were still there. -

I am now booted out of iTunes because I need the latest iTunes version, but when i try to downlaod that, I am told my software version will not support my itunes version. I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. How can I move up from 10.5.8?Start by checking if you cn run Snow Leopard:

You do know tht if you created a new Apple ID - that is different than changing the Apple ID. Apps are always tied to the ID that was used to make the purchase. If the old ID is popping up, it seems like that ID is rid to the apps indicating that you created a new ID. Of course, I could be wrong or misunderstanding what you're saying as well.
If you go to Settings>iTunes & App Store, tap your old ID and sign out and then sign in with the new ID, that should be all that you need to do, if you changed the ID. If you created a new ID, that will not work. -
I buy books to read when I need quiet time but it seem that the I Book store is not working and every time I try it shuts itself down, maybe apple might know what is wrong with this app or I will have to stop trying to buy books and go to Amazon for my books.i have over a hundred books and I like to buy books when I see a book in stores and like to download them to my I Pad which goes with me everywhere.
