I can't get iTunes Radio to work.

I can't get iTunes Radio on Windows 8.1 to work. It just shows that it's buffering but it doesn't ever play any sound. The iTunes application can connect to the store and I'm able to preview and download the songs, but the radio just won't connect. When I hit the play button on any radio station, task manager shows that there is nothing using the internet connection. I tried re-installing iTunes but it didn't help. What's weird is that it was working before, but it seemed to stop working when I created an Apple developer sandbox account and tested an in-app purchase.

Never mind, It just started working again for some reason.

I can't get the radio to work on Ipod nano 7. When I go to the radio screen the following happens 1) the radio screen appears in the backgound with a small rotating icon at its center for few seconds, 2) the screen go blank and small apple icon appears at the center of the blank screen for few seconds, and 3) the home screen reappears. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply. It turns out my ipod nano was defective. For some reason it rebooted every time the radio button was pressed. I tried a software restore and that failed. Since the unit was just a few days old I was able to exchange it at the retailer. The FM radio on the new unit works great.

When I get out of the car and I'm in one of my playlists (created on a computer, not a genius or anything) and I'm in the middle of a song, my issue is when I get back in the car (it can be 5 minutes or 2 hours), my song doesn't pick up from where I left off. I am having a similar issue with iTunes Match. It keeps hanging up on the same number of files (11035 of 15455) during STEP 2. I've tried signing out, re-opening iTunes, re-booting, etc. Still comesup stuck for hours. What I also don't understand is why the "iCloud Status" option in "View/View Options" disappears intermittently. It was there when I first booted up this morning and I reviewed all my music files to see if there were any "errors" and there werne't any. But after Match gets stuck on the same file niumber (11035) I 've signed out and re-booted and now the "iCloud Status" check box is missing from "View Options" (only the "iCloud Download" option remains present all the time. Please help. (I've also checked to make sure all the music files are within the suggested bit rate parameters and file type - This is also a brand new iMac out of the box). Running out of troubleshooting ideas and beginning to think this service just doesn't work well.

Not yet. So far it's only available in the USA. Rights have to be negotiated separately for each country, so it will take some time to roll out (as happened with iTunes Match for the same reason).

I subscribed to itunes match. I have it working on my iphone but can't get it to work on my ipad. I did the same exact steps that I did for my iphone but when i try to turn it on it keeps telling me I am not subscribed and to subscribe through itunes on my PC. I've already paid and subscribed to iTunes match and do not know why I keep getting this error message. When I am in itunes on my PC I can see that my ipad is not authorized with that account and do not know if that is the problem. If so how do I authorize my ipad? I've used the store drop down box and choose authorize this computer but it keeps trying to authorize my PC and not my ipad. I am running the most current version of the ipad and itunes.

HT4913 I can't get iTunes match to work on my Apple TV (3rd gen).

I signed up for iTunes Match after iOS 7 and iTunes Radio came out. It says it should work on Apple TV by selecting Music->iTunes Match but when I try that it shows nothing available in the library. I have over 3000 songs in my iTune Match and can play them back on my other Apple devices. I have a 3rd generation AppleTV with the latest software update. What am I missing?

This problem is still there despite upgrading to the latest version of ITunes for Windows.

I can't get itunes video to work with my windows 7 64 bit system?

I have a windows 7 64 bit operating system and have loaded the version of Itunes designated for 64 bit systems. All of my audio content seems to work fine, but my video content is almost non-functional. If I try to play a movie or tv show, I get the sound but no picture. In frustration, thinking that I would be unable to use the movies i bought on Itunes, I got a converter to change the video over to mp4 format. Well, as soon as I started trying to convert the files, the player started functioning. I notice that after using the converter, my itunes video files work okay. If I restart the machine and itunes without the converter running, I get the old problem of no picture but sound. As soon as I start converting a file, then thing starts working again.
A related issue, is that I can not see the Itunes Homepage. I can open specific pages related to searches, but the drop down menus and links are hit or miss as to whether they work or not.

Just setup my apple tv, try to click n iTunes match and it tells me to sign into iTunes match n iTunes on my computer first...... My mac is signed into to iTunes match but why ont music show on apple tv?

On the Apple TV go to Settings > iTunes Store and sign in with the exact same iTunes Store account ID you used to first purchased iTunes Match.
