I can't hear music through 'Music' app on my iPhone after IOS7 - but I can hear YouTube and Italk? Help
After upgrading to IOS7 I can't hear my music in the "Music" app either through my head phones or through my phone - I can hear it in YouTube and iTalk or videos that I view online... Does anyone know why??? Thanks.
Why are you using two accounts? That is most likely creating the conflict. Try picking ONE ID, then try downloading a new app from the App Store on that ID and see if your other apps work.

The music app on my iPhone 5 will not sequence through albums or playlists. It plays either the first or selected song over and over again. What can I do?
Turn off repeat.

Play the song, tap the screen, tap the repeat icon until it is white= off. -
The volume control has disappeared from the music app on my iPhone and i can't play any music how do i fix this?
Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray BEFORE doing the reset.

The music app on my Iphone 5 is acting up, it keeps skipping songs and wont allow the to play. You can see the music icon the on notification bar play and pause. When i go back to the app is states the url is not responding. I have restored it from the backed up cloud save. It is the music app, I played music on pandora and it worked fine. I think it must be the app or the ios.
restore with itunes not from an itunes backup or cloud save they do absolutely nothing only a clean restore will solve your problem

Sometimes I start to use the music app and then part way though a track it stops. I try to re-start it with no joy. I'm also finding the touch screen is less responsive. Can any help me fix the issue or will I need to take it into the store?Removing the SIM has no affect on the power of the phone. It is just the part that facilitates connecting to your carrier. Try holding the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo on the screen and then release the buttons. The phone should reboot. You may need to hold the buttons together for 15-30 seconds.

I'm having the same problem with MP3 downloaded from beatport.
The songs are added and listed normally on the iphone; when I try playing them, the player (and the iphone) freezes completely; sometimes the player crashes, sometimes it will recover (go back to the songs list)
Sometimes the track will play normally.
This started happening around february 2013.
I will get in contact with Beatport to see if they have seen this proble,
This happens on tracks on the recent album by "The Black Dogs" Tranklements (the track "Bolt 3533f (Original Mix)" is having this problem.

TS1702 The music app on my Iphone 4S is stuck.
The music app on my Iphone 4S is stuck. It keeps playing that same song over and over. It won't progress to the next song on the playlist on its own, I have to use the next button to move it to the next song manually. The shuffle doesn't work either. I was going to delete it and reinstall it, but I can't even get an x to appear in the corner to delete and reinstall it (perhaps because it came preinstalled on the phone). Anybody have this same problem, or a solution?
If it keeps repeating the same song, then you probably have Repeat activated. See this graphic for the oval arrow to the left.

I updated my iOS to 7 yesterday. But my music app doesn't show the 'Radio' button as the online videos and Apple website claims. What could be the reason and how to fix it. All other apps, swipe up/down seem to be working fine.

Open iTunes app on your phone. go to Purchases. It may be in the more section, (The ellipsis icon over the word More). Tap Purchased. Tap Music. Tap Recent Purchases. Tap the iCloud icon next to the tracks you want to download. On my phone the songs were at the beginning of the list because I haven't purchased anything since it was announced this morning.

first close the app by:
CLOSING APPS
Double tap the home button then on the multitasking ribbon at the bottom of the screen hold one of the app icons until a minus sign appears and then tap the minus sign for all the apps you want to close. When done tap home button once. There are some misconceptions that open apps consume battery power. This is generally incorrect. For iOS 7 double tap home button and then swipe up on the previews of the apps you want to close and then tap the preview of the home or the home button once when finished closing apps.
Then
RESET DEVICE
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost). -
Having trouble with music apps shutting down, even after I swipe them off the screen. They go off then come back on in a few minutes. This happens in my car either ubs plugged in, or bluetooth. ANy one else have that issue?
