I can't open a HTML file with flash linked

I have Flash CS3. I have created a flash file. If I click on the SWF file I have no problems opening it. It plays. It looks nice. I'm the man.
However, now when I try to publish it, the HTML file will not work. It says "windows cannot find this file, please ensure you have typed the location correctly".
I am double clicking directly on the file and not typing anything, in fact I was considering checking on Ebay to see if I could upgrade my PC to have eyes.
The feature has worked previously, which leads me to the conclusion that something else has changed. I have tried using the publish setting, I have also tried using Dreamweaver to embed the file, and have also tried manually inserting the necessary code after seeing some on a website.
All of these things produce the same result, windows cannot (or will not) find the necessary file.
It's an odd one, and very frustrating, can anyone help me at all?

Nope this doesn't work. I wasn't using the default names previously but I can't see that it should make a difference, although Flash can be quirky.
I tried putting them in a new location to no avail.

Hi. I have been trying to open up both my index.html and my Welcome.html files with textedit in order to change the HTML codes for them - but it doesn't seem to work. When I open them using text edit I still get a discomboblutaed form of the web page and no html codes. HOWEVER when I open them with Word I can get at the HTML code. Give TextWrangler a try. It's a free editor by the makers of BBEdit and is very well suited for editing HTML.
But as far as your URL in the window, unless you have URL forwarding with masking you will always get the page name at the end of the URL in the browser's window. That's just how it works. With masking you will only get www.zanzibarhotelbeach.com in every window of the site. BUT visitors will only be able to bookmark the first page of your site. For the time being, shoot JPEG images. At this time there is no support for NEF files from the D7200 in any Adobe product. It was released at such a time that it wasn't included in the last Camera Raw update. And Lightroom hasn't been updated either. Consequently, there is no DNG converter available at this time. We will have to wait and see what programs will be able to accommodate the D7200 when Adobe releases updates or upgrades that support the camera.

I' can't open images or files with trial version of Photoshop cc. Photoshop starts, it seems ok, but don't work.
Illustrator cc works very well. Why?

1. I open Photoshop cc Trial version

Can you tell me which version of dreamweaver you are using (and flash pro, if you have it), as the code you provided has element of a number of different versions (e.g. your js flash files are reasonably new, but your flash inserted into the html body is old, but with the cs3 version of flash player indicated!). Also the detect flash file is no longer required.

I can't open my pdf file and when i select default program nothing happens, I try repair adobe reader, I try reinstall it, I installed older version, i try fix default programs but when I select my adobe reader nothing happens, there is still only windows media player (he is set as default). If Reader ISN'T in the list of prpgrams to open with, click "Browse"
In the "Browse window" go to C/Program files [or Program Files (x86)]/Adobe/Reader 11/Reader
Select "AcroRd32.exe" and click "Open"
Make sure "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" is checked and click "OK".

For opening your domain file or to switch between multiple domain files Cyclosaurus has provided us with the following script that you can make into an Applescript application with Script Editor. Open Script Editor, copy and paste the script below into Script Editor's window and save as an application.

Just launch the application, find and select the domain file you want to open and it will open with iWeb. It modifies the iWeb preference file each time it's launched so one can switch between domain files.
You can download an already compiled version with this link: iWeb Switch Domain.
WARNING: iWeb Switch Domain will overwrite an existing Domain.sites2 file if you select to create a new domain in the same folder. So rename your domain files once they've been created to something other than the default name.
Use the iWeb Switch Domain application to open those various domain.sites files to see which one actually contains your web site. Once you've found the right domain file delete the others.

I can't open two eml files with Thunderbid

I want to open two .eml files with Thunderbid. When I try to do it, I can open the first, but when I try to open the second Thunderbird doesn't do it.

It sounds like the files that aren't working are likely corrupt or perhaps not properly designated as .eml files. When you say "Thunderbird doesn't do it" do you mean Thunderbird doesn't launch, or do you mean it tries to open the file and returns an error? The error could be helpful in the latter case, as could information about where the file came from. In the former case, FYI, when I drag attached .eml files (from e-mails forwarded as attachments) to my desktop, they are named "Inbox" (as opposed to Inbox.eml). I rename them to add the .eml and then I can open them with Thunderbird, but otherwise I will be prompted by Windows for what to do with them.

Hi, prior to purchasing CC a sales person whom I spoke with using online chat confirmed that InDesign would open QuarkXpress files and a plugin was already in the application.
