I would suspect that there is something wrong with the network, or Apple TV, except that movies and TV Shows seem to be fine. My music library is about 3700 songs, all legit, either imported from source or puchased through iTunes. This one has me stumped and frustrated!

I thought that may have been the case too. I set the power settings to compensate but still the same. I also done things like reset the router and Apple TV to factory. Starting to think it may actually be the Apple TV, but it just doesn't make sense ?!?

I'm now using iPhoto '11 (9.3.2), and none of the photos in my library will enlarge. I can view them all as thumbprints, but when I click to enlarge just a black, blank space shows up. Occasionally, one will enlarge for a second, then disappear. Help!

Just to clarify, I am not getting an "!" mark in a triangle, as I read others have experienced. The screen is just blank except the grey flag in lefthand corner to flag the photo.

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.

Song Plays for 9 Seconds then stops

One of my songs on my iPod Nano 2nd generation 4GB pink plays for 9 seconds then stops. It plays perfectly in iTunes. My iTunes software and iPod software are up to date. I tried restoring it but no luck. The song file isn't corrupted because it plays on my sisters MP3 player and in iTunes and in Windows Media Player. I've tried Apple suggestions too. If nothing helps I'm going to go the store I bought it at because I have an extended warranty, to see if they can help me.

Does the song play all the way through on the computer? If so, reload this song (or all of the songs if you don't know how to do manual) onto the iPod. If the song doesn't work on the computer, e-mail Apple for a replacement download.

IPod nano (4th gen) plays any song for 40 seconds, then stops

Strange behaviour from my 4th gen iPod nano:
1. When plugged into Logitech iPod dock, plays any song selected for 40 seconds, then stops. Hit play, it plays for another 40 seconds, then stops again. (Logitech iPod dock works fine with my wife's iPod nano.)
2. When plugged into the Pioneer car stereo, the car stereo reports that the iPod is in SET UP mode, which it never comes out of. (As above, car stereo has no problem with my wife's iPod.)
3. iPod nano is detected normally by iTunes and works normally when plugged into desktop computer.
4. iPod (and iTunes) software is up to date.
5. Resetting the iPod (Menu + Centre button hold) has no effect on either (1) or (2) above.
6. Help?

Update: Restore to factory settings does not solve this problem. I'm really stumped.

The laptop is new so there is no other software on it other than the pre-installed stuff operating on windows 7. In sound options all looks well and the device is said to be working properly. Even the sound test in device manager sometimes works and sometimes doesnt.

Videos load the third 2-3 seconds then stop, flash version 11,8,800,94, Windows 8

Every website i browse that used flash, example- youtube, loads the first 2-3 seconds of videos or whatever flash application they use then stops loading the rest.
This all started when i downloaded the latest version that was available for windows 8 version 11,8,800,94, i have tried turning off and on active filtering, i have tried enabling shockwave flash,i had a lengthy discussion with my inter service provider that had me do ping tests to make sure that i was recieveing correct internet broadband and that i was receiving from the websites i went to. i even had to bring my computer to Futureshop to have the tech people look at it.
Software glitch as they put it, they gave it back to me with flash 11.3 installed, then my wife by accident resinstalled 11,8,800,94 and its happening all over again when it was working properly after they reverted it back to 11.3.

Playing movies: Video fades to black for a second every 5 minutes

I have a problem with front-row: with some avi movies, video fades to black and back every ~5 minutes; audio is played normally without any interruption. I have perian 1.1 installed and the movie has no subtitle. 5 minutes is exactly the display sleep time: is that a coincidence or something is wrong with front-row disabling sleep timer ?

I have this same exact problem. I have a newer Intel Mac Mini 2.2gh with dvi/hdmi out to external hdtv. At exactly 5 minutes on some .avi or .mkv movies, I love video but still get audio. I always thought it was just me except that it drove me so crazy today that I decided to look for a solution.
The video files themselves play fine in quicktime and/or VLC. It just ***** that Front Row stops playing them. It even happens when I fast forward.
As a side or possibly related note, has anyone else experienced stuttering in Front Row on large files? More importantly, does someone have a solution to the missing video in Front Row.

Can record audio for 10 seconds then stops

I have just put a new mobo in my agp G4 and the audio in jack seems to have a problem . I can get it to work but for only 10 seconds at a time. It will record but then stop and start again in 10 seconds. The audio out works fine no problem with that.
I've never had his happen before. Is there a fix for this?

Had to reinstall the os and that fixed the problem.

I got an iPhone 5 today and the apps I had backed up on cloud will open for a second then close. I have shut down and restarted, added another app to sign in to itunes and then manually added each app but it hasn't worked yet. Help!

I got an iphone 5 today and tried to sync to the cloud with the apps from my iphone 4. Syncing happended but I cannot open an app on my new iphone 5 for more than second then it closes. I have restarted the phone, added a new app that required my itunes password and manually added each app. None helped. Can you help me?

Downloaded Music Plays for 14 seconds then stops

I just downloaded a song that I wanted and went I went to play it, it says the song is 2:58 and has the bar that shows 2:58 but after it hits 14 seconds it stops and the play count goes one higher.
I never had this happen nor have I heard of this happening to any one. Suggestions? Thanks in advance....

Song plays for 13 seconds, then stops. Please Help!

This has never been an issue until now, and it is only this one song. I downloaded the song "U and Dat" by E-40, along with "Me and U" by Cassie, "Tell Me When To Go" by E-40, "It's Going Down" by Yung Joc, "Over My Head (Cable Car)" by The Fray, and "Bossy" by Kelis (please note that I am not having this issue with these songs) about 30 minutes ago and I put it on my iPod. Shortly after, I connected my iPod to my iHome to listen to the song, and it only played for 13 secongs, and then went on to the next song on my list. So naturally, I tried it again and it did the same thing. After that, I listened to the next song all the way through with no issues. So, figuring something might be wrong with my iHome, I connected my iPod to my iDog, and got the same results. So I connected my iPod to my compter to see if I had the same issue when I played it on iTunes, and it played all the way through. So now, I am clueless on what the problem could be and getting madder by the second, so if anyone knows how to fix this problem or has had this problem before, I'd really like some feedback. Thanks!

My Ipod Touch will only search for available Wifi networks for a second then stop, and it will never find any networks anywhere.

OK I own the 1st generation Ipod touch and granted I bought it used and its pretty old, but the Wifi doesnt work at all. When I click on the checkmark box it turns on and it looks like its trying to find a connection, but it only tries for one second (literally) and then stops trying to look for a connection. It wont bring up any connection to choose from no matter where I go, it wont find one connection. Please help me this thing is driving me insane. I was told it could be a bad IP address, and that there is a way to get a new one. But How? I already reset it and restored it and nothing seems to fix it. So now I dont know what to do with it now.

So you also rebooted your router correct? Does the iPod still connect okay to other networks?
