I can't sign in with the YouTube app that comes with my iPhone?

For some reason I can't sign into YouTube using the preinstalled app on my iPhone 4. I can sign in okay with Safari. Any ideas. I've tried the 2 step verification setup with Google but either I'm not signing in with the special password correctly or it's not working.

Try linking my youtube acct to your gmail. I log in now with my gmail user name and gmail password,

Try "resetting" the iPad...
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

IPad won't display my Gmail contacts in the Contacts app that comes with the IPad.

I have never been able to get my Gmail contacts imported into the Contacts app that comes with the IPad.

If you can be more specific about what you have tried, someone might be able to offer other solutions.
I sync my contacts and calendar with Gmail too. I don't use iCloud for syncing contacts. I have set it up as an exchange account. That works on both my ipad and iphone. Any changes made to either is reflected on the other.
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Add new account>Microsoft Exchange. Leave out the domain name. The server when asked is m.google.com. Turn on contacts (and calendar or mail if you use them) and that's it.
If that does not work, perhaps you can describe what issue you are having.

If you are searching within iTunes, all the Apps are for iDevices. To find Apps for the MacBook, you will need to search using the Mac App Store.

Why can I no longer acess the Youtube app on the home page since upgrading to iOS6? It's replaced with a Clock App.

The application Youtube is gone from the home page and is no longer listed in the Settings. When I use Safari to access Youtube most of the videos will not play and state "Not authorized by subscriber" or another such statement. My youtube account is synced with my google/gmail account that I use on the phone and mail works fine, it is just the youtube logins that are failing.

you can't get the old you tube icon because apple deleted it. BUT you can download youtube app on the app store for free and its actually better and faster than the previous youtube app that you want. hope this helps!

Probably not, as the license to pre-install it on iOS has expired.
Instead of adding the youtube website to your bookmarks page, you could also go to safari, then to youtube website and select "add to homescreen". That way you can always use the mobile youtube website with only one click on your homescreen - just like an actual youtube application.

If you are on iOS 5 and you can't find it on any of your homescreens or app folders and you've tried searching for it via the spotlight search screen (swipe your first homescreen to the righ), then is it hidden via Settings > General > Restrictions > YouTubebeing 'off' ?

I downloaded the Skype app, but I cant log into my account. I tried to reset it 3x and each time I tried to put in my facebook password it doesn't recognize my account. I'm now locked out. It's so frustrating becuase you can't even do a live-chat with a skype person (dam Microsolft!) My account is set up through facebook but I can't access skype through the app on my Iphone - I tried to change my password, but it doesn't help. I need it becuase I will be traveling internationally. Help!
