I can't trial anything as the certificates don't match?
I try to download a trial of a product and i cannot download as the application is not supported or the certificate does not match
I don't believe there are any certificates involved with downloading trial software from Adobe. You should be able to check the specifications for whatever product this involves to see if your machine does not meet the requirements. What do you see when you try that makes you say "the application is not supported or the certificate does not match"?

I trying to download the trial for Elements but a dialogue box popped up and said the certificates don't match. What does that mean? Does it suggest that if I bought Elements that I couldn't download it? I just got a new Retina display iMAC and I'm trying to transfer the software but my older version of Elements 10 wouldn't install. It means OS X doesn't like the security certificate for the page. You can try downloading from here as an alternative:

So my phone is messed up and you can't do anything with the screen...in order for me to sink it to back up i have to enter the passcode because it had a lock on it...and i can't due to it being messed up...is there any way around this...

I cannot activatea second hand iphone 4s as i don't have previous owners itunes ID. I can't get anything on the phone after setting the language as its asking for activation. Please can anyone help ???? Ideally i would like to get it back to factory settings and start afresh but right now i would settle for anything. Should say i only have the phone and charger, no box so no details
Unfortunately, the only one who can help is the previous owner. Otherwise you will not be able to activate and use the phone. Apple can't/won't help you with this either.

I can't purchased anything from the App store, it keeps telling that there is a problem with the previous purchased and when I tried to re-enter the information , this message keep showing " your payment method was declined please use valid method" even though I've used it before . what can I do ? could anyone please help me?
ThanksEither that or you can just buy an iTunes card and put it on the account. I've have itunes account for a long time so maybe this plays a part in it but I don't have a CC tied to my account. I have the option to choose "none" and that's what I have it as. I used to have a card on there years ago but I removed it and never had to have another on it. Any purchases I make come from iTunes credits (iTunes card or credits I got from redeeming rewards).

I can't download anything on the Mac App store. It says This Apple ID cannot be used for the Mac App Store.
I went into settings, iTunes & App Store and tapped on my appleID, then signed out. I went back into the App Store on my phone and tried to download the app and then signed in again, and it worked!

In fact in Verizon's customer agreement it has such a disclaimer against any verbal exchanges so if you have that agreement in writing, go get them.
The posting on public forums and places like Face Book, Linkin, Google+ or a personal web site can open you up to a lawsuit for Dilution of Trade Name, and other offences. However if you have proof then go for it.

After installing acrobat my Microsoft office package does not work properly, word will not open and when I want to write an email in my outlook email i can't select anything with the mouse. so copy past en delete are not an option.@
Are you using any MS Office third party Add-ins? Test: Remove third party Add-ins other than PDFMaker. Test to see if the MS Office apps run afterward.
Did you attempt to repair MS Office? Test: Go to Add/Remove Control Panel run Repair.
Finally, have you tried testing to see if it's PDFMaker? Test: Use the Add/Remove Control Panel to modify the Acrobat installation to remove PDFMaker. See if MS Office applications launch and behave correctly? -

I beleive that I found the solution in anoter post1 I will try when I will home:
"Since 2.0 streaming happens automatically if your computer is on and iTunes is running.
So, computer off = synced content on AppleTv.
Computer on, merged media list of synced and streamed content - AppleTv uses the synced content if available instead of streaming the same stuff.
Must say I preferred the original 'Sources' and found it more intuitive. other probably prefer the new system.
If you only see stuff that's synced you need to check that the box under Custom sync saying 'Show only the synced items on my AppleTV' isn't checked. (That's in iTunes Devices>AppleTV>Summary tab)."
