I feel like I'm in the seventh circle of Hell!
I have had Skype for a long time and used an old work email address to set up my account.
I now have a new lap top and am setting up Skype. I have forgotten my password. The forgotten password procedure will only send the verification code to the email address that I no longer have access to (my old work account). I have credit on this skype account as well as contacts etc.
How can I get a new password. I am going round in circles.
Can anyone help?

Have already done that, but until the new one comes in, I would like to enable email redirection. It is curious that some menus allow you to cycle through the menu options by typing the first letter of the menu option, but this menu does not.

Are you logging in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com/export PDF via web browser on your Mac? There's nothing to download with an ExportPDF subscription. It may be that you have Reader installed on your PC, and are accessing the service from there.
You could also install Reader on your Mac, and then sign in to ExportPDF from there by clicking the Sign In link in the upper-right corner.

Is there anyway for me to change my iCloud password when the email associated with it has been banned and i cannot access the emails to change my password.

i need help to see if there is anyway to change my icloud password when the recovery emails are being sent to an email that i no longer have due to microsoft terminating it. The i cloud account is different to the apple id that is being used on the phone and does not allow me to back up or load a backup for my phone as i have to put in the icloud password which i cannot remember. I have tried to factory reset the phone to see if that will wipe the icloud account from the phone to set it up as a new phone but it seems to be permanently 'logged in' even time i try to set it up as a new phone.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is becoming very annoying and means i cannot use the phone to back anything up so that the phone can be wiped so it can either be given away or sold.

Hi guys, I have a ASA5505 and I'm having trouble to achieve the following setup, block any kind of connection from outside except for IIS on port 80 and 443 but allow from the server to access any outside address, by domain or ip. Right now apps writen in C# on the server are throughing socket errors and Teamviewer remote control is not working, I would like it to replace remote desktop.

First, I You don't have to configure your ACLs like(source: any ==> Detsination: any). To permit anyone to access your server (example 192.168.1.1) use an ACL like this:
So, I recommend you to always specify the source and the destionation in your ACLs ( not any ==> any) !!

Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Let me start with the general advise...
When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"
If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.
(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site, try either:
* right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
* Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
In the dialog that opens, you can remove the site's cookies individually.
Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router.

Crashes when running applications from network share - "Windows cannot access the file for one of the following reasons"

starting a couple of weeks ago, we get the following error(s) when running applications from a network share. We don't know what causes this, we are not aware of any major changes in our network infrastructure or client/Server configuration. We did upgrade
a lot of machines to Windows 8, but the issue also occurs on older Win7 computers.
We figured out a workaround though: The applications run fine when launching from a FQDN share (like
\\share.domain.Company.com) and only cause problems when running from
\\share directly. They have worked fine for years without FQDN though.
Any ideas?

It sounds like a DNS suffix issue. When this issue occurs, please try to ping share on the client, then check if the corresponding IP address is correct. If the IP address is wrong, please adjust your settings of DNS to make sure that the client can resolve
the share correctly.
If it's very hard to change the settings of the DNS for some reason, as a work around, we can add the entry into the clients' hosts file.

Can I talk to someone in Blackberry who can solve my email problem? Blackberry premium email team have been unable to help me for the last 5 weeks despite many attempts. Blackberry forums and BIS do not address why I cannot access the Advanced Setting screen to set POP/IMAP details for my primary email address from my phone. I have another Apple ID and password which I use - but it won't let me update the iPhoto I bought with THIS cMac

Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with one Apple ID with a new Apple ID.
