I cannot backup icloud in my device(iphone)

I update ios5. Also I want to backup icloud in my device(Iphone),but it cannot. What is the problem of my device?

On your device go to Settings>General>Restrictions and ensure that under allow changes "Accounts" is set to "Allow".

    Try download the Find My Friends app and signing in to accept the terms and conditions there.

    Hello everyone,
    I have 2 iPhones at the moment: an iPhone 4S & an iPhone 4. They're both connected to the same iTunes account yet the iPhone 4 has more movies showing up for streaming than the iPhone 4S (in the picture iPhone 4 is on the left, iPhone 4S on the right).
    I've tried disconnecting the iTunes account then reconnecting it. I've tried to toggle on/off the "show all videos" option in the settings & nothing changes.
    Both iPhones are updated to iOS 7.0.2 & have more than enough free space (although streaming shouldn't take up much space on the devices, that's the whole point of streaming).
    Any ideas on what could be going on?
    PS. got a 3rd generation iPad (retina) & it too only shows 2 movies!

    I am giving my iphone 4s to a friend but cannot add a new iCloud account. Why there is a limited number? This mean that he cannot use the iphone? I find this not good and why Apple don't specify this matter when you apply the first time?

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    Unfortunately once all the 3 iCloud accounts have been created on your device, you cannot create any more regardless of what you do. You will need to re-use one of the accounts that you have already created or create your new account on another iOS device or Mac computer.

    Thanks for the question. I understand you are unable to sign out of your iCloud account after changing your Apple ID. The following resource may provide a solution:

    iCloud
    iOS 6 and later: Go to Settings > iCloud.
    If you signed out before changing your Apple ID, enter your current Apple ID to sign in. The data from your iCloud account will download to your device.
    If you're still signed in with your previous Apple ID:
    Scroll down and tap Delete Account. Depending on what iCloud options are turned on, you'll be asked to confirm that you want to delete data from your device. To confirm, tap Delete. (If you're using iOS 7 and have Find My iPhone turned on, you'll be asked to enter the password for your previous Apple ID. Enter the password, then tap Turn Off.) The data will be deleted from your device, but not from iCloud.
    Enter your current Apple ID to sign in. The data from your iCloud account will download again to your device.

    I would just follow the instructions from this article to give your unused 4s to your spouse. Since you have already started using your 5s, you will still be receiving iMessages on that phone and will have no need to receive them on a device that has been replaced.     Try turning off the Camera Roll option in Settings>iCloud>Backup & Storage>Manage Storage>Your device. Then turn it back on again.

    It seems you are unable to activate iMessage on a device with no carrier service. The following article provides information regarding activation issues:
    If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
    Check your device settings
    Make sure that you’re connected to a cellular data or Wi-Fi network. If you're using an iPhone, you'll need SMS messaging to activate your phone number with iMessage and FaceTime. Depending on your carrier, you might be charged for this SMS.
    Go to Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure that your time zone is set up correctly.

    Within this commonfiles\apple folder, there is only one folder, labeled "Internet Services." Within this folder, there are 6 folders, labeled:
    APLZOD.resources
    BookmarkDAV_client.resources
    CoreDAV.resources
    iCloud.resources
    iCloudServices.resources
    ShellStreams.resources
    Within all but CoreDAV and BookmarkDAV_client, there are multiple different folders, all labeled starting with a two letter (acronym I believe, for different languages) then .lproj (for example, a folder is labeled "ar.lproj".
    In each of the folders of APLZOD.resources, there is a file labeled "APLZODlocalized.dll."
    In all of the folders containing the multiple .lproj folders, there are likewise "name"localized.dll files contained.
    In the BookmarkDAV_client and Core DAV folders, they each contain only one file, "Info.plist"
    I attempted to delete all of these files, and still, the FileAssassin could not delete them. I unlocked one of them for instance, and I tried to delete the file myself (thru windows explorer and just clicking delete), and I still had the same issue of coming eventually to the window requesting me to "try again" to have permission.
    What can I do?? I'd like to avoid Unlocker, but if it really is a reliable and SAFE program, and someone knows a SAFE place to download it from, I'd appreciate it very much so!!

    It will be backed up on your computer and can later be restored to an iOS device using iTunes, if desired.  Of course, if your hard drive crashes you'll lose it if it isn't backed up somewhere else.  If you want to included it in your computer backup, it will be located at one of the following locations:
    Mac OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup
    Windows XP: %AppData%\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
    Windows Vista: %AppData%\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
    Windows 7: %AppData%\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup

    If you think getting your web pages to appear OK in all the major browsers is tricky then dealing with email clients is way worse. There are so many of them.
    If you want to bulk email yourself, there are apps for it and their templates will work in most cases...

  • Cannot backup to iCloud for my iPhone. It tells me to leave it locked plugged in and connected to wifi but then says unable to complete. My iPad worked but not phone

    When I try to backup to. Loud from iPhone it will not work. iPad worked fine. I says leave locked, plugged in and connected to wifi. Unable to back up this time. Or failed to complete. I have followed instructions. I have even taken lge amounts required to be stored off list to see if a smaller amou t would work but it hasn't made a difference. What am I doing wrong. iPad was easy.

    I have the same problem and can't seem to find a solution anywhere in the support forums or online.
    Last backup says, "Never" but 7gig of my 15g of storage is used up. Every time I try to manually start backup to iCloud, the progress bar never moves and I only get "estimating time remaining."
    The phone appears to not be backing up automatically at all when my phone is plugged in, locked and on my wifi network.
    Apple appears to be unaware or unconcerned with this problem. I'm concerned though. It looks like I'll have to drive an hour to a store to get any help with this problem. Is it seriously cheaper to have a live body in a store used up rather than online interactive support?
    Any help with this backup problem would be appreciated.

    If you are trying to restore to an iCloud backup, this has to be done during the initial setup process.  If your phone is already set up, you will have to go back to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content & Settings, then go back through the setup screens again and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup (see image below).  Be sure your phone is connected to wifi and your charger as this will take some time to complete.
    Also, your replacement phone must be running the same iOS version or higher to restore to your backup.  If you are running an older version of iOS than the device that was backed up, your backup will not be visible when you choose to restore to your iCloud backup.  If this is the case, you'll have to update your replacement phone first.
