I cannot use the software.. so you need to figure out where the problem is..
But let me suggest.. the Mac is not the issue and likely the info from Sony is also up the creek.. they make PC's after all.
It is far more likely the camera is having issues with the wireless network.
Do you know you have a connection to the home network on the camera.. ?? You have an IP address and some internet or local access at least?
How you will discover those things is by fiddling.. but if you can tell me what wireless AP you are using that will help.

JosjeIf the books are not copy protected (like the many free books at http://www.gutenberg.org), you just drag them into iTunes and can read them with the iBooks app.
If you bought the books in the Sony Reader store via their Ereader Library application, they will have copy protection. You can use the BlueFire Reader App on the iPad to read them. It's a free app on the app store (http://www.bluefirereader.com/ipad.html).
When you launch BlueFire Reader, you will authenticate the app with Adobe. This will be the password you used to purchase the books (either from the Sony Reader store or via Adobe Digital Editons).
Instructions for moving the epubs from your library to the BlueFire reader are here (http://www.topicsites.com/ebooks-topics/bluefire-reader.htm).
If you are on a mac, the books should be in your Documents, My Books, Reader Library.
If your on a PC, it should be in C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\My Books\Reader Library -

I cannot connect to itunes store but my network connections are fine and I have tried everything on the itunes support site. I just want to authorize my computer. Can anyone help?

when open photoshop a message came up saying photoshop has given up waiting for assesment of the display driver. enhancements that use the graphics hardware have been disabled... can anyone help?
The best thing to do is to go into Help > System Info, copy and paste the contents into your reply.

If you have ios 5.1.1 the output power is 100ma, on the iOS 5.0.1 the power output is 500ma! This may be the cause?

I upgraded from mountain lion to the OS X Mavericks and my EndNote X5 can not open.I re-installed it but cannot open. I keep on getting the message "Unable to load EndNote X5: Applications/EndNote X5/EndNote X5.app/Contents/Encore.bundle" can anyone help?
Please take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Test after each one. Back up all data before making any changes.
1. Make sure that the right volume is selected in the Startup Disk preference pane.
2. Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed to start up. If there's no change, reconnect them
3. Reset the System Management Controller.
4. Reset the PRAM.
5. Start up in safe mode, then restart as usual. If you can't start in safe mode—for instance, if FileVault is active—then triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
/var/folders
Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
Services ▹ Reveal
from the contextual menu. A Finder window should open with an item named "folders" selected. Move the selected item to the Trash. You'll be prompted for your administrator password. Restart and empty the Trash. -

You could just try changing your Input Sources under System Preferences>Language & Text:
But I kind of doubt that's going to work. It may be a hardware problem or a system problem. If you take it into Apple they might be able to determine which and might advise a reinstallation of System software. I would take it to an Apple Store or an AASP but, first, make sure that you have a backup just in case they suggest a clean install of the system.

My iPod touch was stolen and recovered. I can use my Apple id for this site but the theif changed the Apple id needed to update apps etc and I do not know how to delete his acct. Any help with this will be greatly appreciate
If the thief enabled activation lock on the device, then there is nothing that can be done. Only the password for the Apple ID that it is locked with can disable activation lock.

That's consistent with another application (other than QuickTime) having dropped old QuickTime componentry in non-standard locations on the PC.
So we'll go looking for the older QuickTime componentry in the most common locations for it to be stashed.
First we'll need to change some view options on the PC.
1. Open My Computer from the desktop or Start menu.
2. In the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
3. Click the View tab.
4. In the "Advanced settings" pane under "Hidden files and folders" make sure that the "Show hidden files and folders" option is selected, and the "Hide extensions for known file types" option is unchecked.
5. Click OK.
Now in My Computer, open your C drive.
Open the "Windows" folder.
Open the "system32" folder.
What files and/or folders can you see in there with QuickTime in the file/folder name? (In a standard installation of QuickTime, you should see precisely two files ... QuickTime.qts and QuickTimeVR.qtx ... and no QuickTime folders whatsoever.) -

I recommend trying these steps if you are experiencing issues with applications that use the Camera on your iPhone:
Camera is not functioning
If the screen shows a closed lens or black image, force quit the Camera app.
If you do not see the Camera app on the Home screen, try searching for it in Spotlight. If the camera does not show up in the search, check to make sure that Restrictions are not turned on by tappingSettings > General > Restrictions.
Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from any obstructions. Use a microfiber polishing cloth to clean the lens.
Third-party cases can interfere with the autofocus/exposure feature and the flash (iPhone 4 only); try removing the case if you have image-quality issues with photos.
Try turning iPhone off and then back on.
Tap to focus the camera on the subject. The image may pulse or briefly go in and out of focus as it adjusts.
Try to remain steady while focusing:
Still images: Remain steady while taking the picture. If you move too far in any direction, the camera automatically refocuses to the center.Note: If you take a picture with iPhone turned sideways, it is automatically saved in landscape orientation.
Video: Adjust focus before you begin recording. After recording begins, you cannot readjust focus until you stop recording. Exiting the Camera application while recording will stop recording and will save the video to the Camera Roll. Note: Video-recording features are not available on original iPhone or iPhone 3G.
If your iPhone has a front and rear camera, try switching between them to verify if the issue persists on both.
