I cannot connect to iTunes Store and there doesn't come a notification.. How can i fix it??
It's been going on for a time now and no matter how many times i remove and install again it will not work

I was having the same problems after downloading 10.4.1 IStore would only download half way then nothing attempted reinstall no goood checked the Diagnostics with IPad connected, indicated no errors. more than a few hours browsing possible solutions. Found one stating 'Remove all Itunes connected software, i.e. Bonjour, ITunes, Safari etc from PC via the Uninstall Safely Feature and ReInstall. Hey Presto it worked now no issues.
Good Luck. I am using Windows 7.
That's my problem exactly, but I can't find the: ''Uninstall Safely Feature and ReInstall''. Where is that??

    I called Apple Support and they walked me through it. They told me to basically copy and paste my music to the external hard drive. (I think.) Or maybe it was they had me transfer a folder to the EHD. I don't exactally remember it was a few years back. But I tried to plug in the EHD before starting and...nothing. Still says same thing, "locate file."

    Was trying to purchase from Supercell as I am playing clash of clans. It used to work perfect before but I updated ISO, didn't work anymore and all the time tells failed to purchase. And it says cannot connect to iTunes Store.
    The problem is the iTunes cut from my credit everything I apply to buy from that game and failed to buy what I want to get.
    I am using I pad 2.

    How long ago did you contact iTunes Support ? If it's been longer than 48 hours, and you've checked the spam folder on your email account as well as the inbox, then contact them again : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption.
    The $1 'charges' are likely to be temporary store holding charges, they should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

    Try resetting your iPad - hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them until the Silver Apple appears. Once it is back up, try again. Also, make sure you are connected to Wifi or 3G....

    My friends cannot connect to the iTunes store via the iTunes app on iOS 7. They're using an iPhone 5, and their App Store is loading fine. Their iPhone's also experience random crashes (respring crashes not application crashes) and this occurs durring Facetime calls, sending or even typing iMessages, or just randomly. What could be going on with their phones and what could be done to fix it WITHOUT restoring. I will try reseting their network settings and see how it goes. In addition, MY iMessages are sending slow to everyone and I am starting to think this is a server problem with Apple. I checked their server status however it shows all their servers are currently online. Is this a server problem and what can I do to fix their crashes and not connecting to iTunes? Please let me know, and thanks.

    What is going on with the iTunes Store thats making it unusible? And the system wide crashes are im guessing due to low amount of RAM but i could be wrong. The issue your having with iMessage is actually a bug within iOS 7 as one Apple Support woman told me. Has your friend updated to iOS 7.0.2? that might fix the issue. is anything happens please tell me ASAP.

I tried the troubleshooting resolutions that apple suggested and none worked. Can anything help?     Just a note - I had a similar problem. I had been able to connect to the iTunes store for years without any problem, and then it stopped working in mid-December. I was using iTunes 9 in Windows Vista.
    I uninstalled iTunes 9 and installed the newest version of iTunes 10. I tried all of the troubleshooting steps on Apple's support site. Nothing worked.
    I found the problem to be my proxy settings. My default browser is Mozilla Firefox, and it was set to not use a proxy. So I thought that I was in the clear. But after running network diagnostics in iTunes (Help -> Run Diagnostics -> Network -> Next), I saw that the proxy settings were not in fact off.
    So I opened up Internet Explorer 7 for the first time in years. I went to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connectivity -> LAN Settings -> and disabled proxy.
    Now I can connect to the iTunes store. Hope that helps.

    Apparently there has been an issue with the App Store for the past few days, so you are not the only one that has reported this problem. I was having the same issue yesterday, but I can use the search feature fine today
    Try this for now. Sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
    Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
    Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to search again.
    Or try this....
    Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

    You should be able to check if it's a new account by viewing its purchase history e.g. via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or on your iPad you can see a cut-down version via http://reportaproblem.apple.com (which optionally allows you to contact Support if you have a problem with a purchase). If it's empty then that implies that it's a new account.
    If it is a new account then you could try getting access to the old account via http://iforgot.apple.com , and if that doesn't work then try contacting Support in your country : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
    If/when you get access to the account then you can update the primary email address on it to something that you do have access to (you won't be able to use an email address that is being used on another account) either via http://appleid.apple.com, the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your iPad
