I cannot get an app that I just purchased via iTunes to download onto my iPad. It is not music. It shows up on my computer but not on my iPad.
I just purchased an app for my iPad (iOS 7.1)via iTunes. (It is not music.) I cannot find it on my iPad to download; it has not shown up on my display with my other apps. It does, however, show up on my MacBookPro. I have checked the iTunes on my iPad; the app does not show there. Where do I go from here?
If you purchased directly on the iPad, it should have downloaded automatically.

I have tried on many occasions to authorize my computer, it just won't let me!!!! So I can't get my apps that I have purchased onto my iPhone :-(
No error message, when I go to authorize and I click on it, nothing happens. Tried dozens of times. Grrrrr. Also when I try to get an app from the iPhone. It tells me I have put the wrong I'd or password. This is wrong. I have successfully installed a few apps in iTunes. But can't get the phone to sync the apps, it syncs everything else. So I presume it's this authorization that is stopping me, can't think what else it could be. Unless I have a dodgy iPhone. It's only 3 wks old :-(

Ok can anyone tell how I can get the apps that I paid for on iTunes and the app store using my I pad because I don't have a computer and when I try to redownload the apps it keeps asking me for my card number and when I give it my card info it says that it's an invalid number when I know that it's not
If you are getting an 'invalid security code' message then is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.

This is an inconvenience, I don't understand why I have to contact the developer for a faulty product in your store.
I've paid iTunes to get this, so iTunes must fix this problem for me or give my money back.

When i open up itunes on my computer, it says that i have 2 videos but when i sync it and check my ipod touch, it says i have no videos so it only shows up on my computer but not on my iPod touch and its a 4th Generation.

After purchasing 4 apps I find them on my computer but not syncing with my Iphone4,. How do I sync these on my phone?
If you purchased the apps from either the app store on your phone, or the app store that's part of itunes, make sure that you have selected "automatically sync new apps" in the apps pane of your sync window.
You can also go into your app store on your phone and select the purchased button (under updates)...if you are running the latest software) and get them on your phone that way if you are unable to do a sync now. -
I spent 2 days waiting and being transferred from dept to dept and they say its the banks fault......I have the info right in front of me and I entered the new infor just like its on the bill. I really and fed up with the fact that apple comes out with a new phone and makes all the others useless with these BIG downloads that use up all of your storage and then it gets to where you can't even get any updates....and now this. All I want is an app that is worth $2.99
Have you tried selecting 'none' on the payment details screen, exiting it, and then tried going back in and re-tried entering the card's details ? If you leave it as 'none' then you should be able to download app updates, and (depending upon your country) you might be able to get iTunes gift cards and use them as your payment method.

I am trying to downloadapps onto the iPad we just purchased, and it keeps telling me that I need to authorize my computer. I go ahead and authorize by going into iTunes/store/authorize computer, I verify the information that is given. I go back and try to redownload the apps and I get the same exact message, this computer is not authorized for this device. What am I doing wrong?
I have been trying to work through this problem by myself and have so far downloaded the most current version of iTunes. Frome there when it tells me I have to authorize this computer, I had to not put in the iPad information, I had to authorize with my current iTunes information, and any iPad or iPod, iPhone information. I have several people in the family that have different accounts, so I had to authorize each and every individual account because I didnt know which apps or music was purchased under which user. Don't see LR in the CC desktop app that I just purchased.
I just purchased the creative cloud with photoshop and lightroom. I had previously installed the cc as a trial and had also used a trial of LR months ago. PS cc is fine, but now that I purchased the monthly membership, I am unable to download LR. LR is not even an option on the desktop app. I read other member's questions and tried uninstalling the trial of LR and rebooted, still don't see LR in the CC desktop app. Not sure what to do next. Thanks.

I was trying to download plants vs zombies on my iphone but it wouldnt let me saying that the app was over 50mb and that you needed to install it using itunes on your computer. So I tried to do the same thing on my computer by using my app store card to cover the purchase but as the code had already been redeemed it wouldnt let me. Can I get the app using my already reddemed app store card or is that not possible? I will be very grateful for any suggestions or help!
If you have already purchased it on your iphone, and it simply wasn't able to download, then open itunes on your computer and click Store>Check for Available Downloads

Why won't the whole song play that I just purchased from iTunes?
I just purchased 23 new songs from the iTunes store. There are quite a few of them that will not play the entire song before moving to the next song. For example, the one song reads that it is 3:24 long yet it will only play for the first 1:11. It then switches to the next song in the playlist no matter what I do. What is wrong???
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item. -
I restored a new ipod touch 5th gen from my cloud and cannot get it to connect to itunes on my computer. I restarted my computer and ipod. I reinstalled Itunes and It still won't show up in itunes. My computer recoginizes it but not itunes.

If that won't work, perhaps you can use Find my iPhone from a computer in your iCloud.com account to erase the device.

This has nothing to do with the Find my iPhone app being installed on the phone, but you do have to have Find my iPhone activated in the iCloud settings on the phone. -
