I cannot get on my email exchange using firefox, and it has been working until today.

My company uses a owa.postoffice.net exchange, and we are supposed to use internet explorer, or firefox. I have a Mac, so I use firefox, and it has been working fine for the past 90 days, and today, I go to the exchange, type in my password and user name, and I am then sent to just a blank page. I talked to two other Mac user's today within my company and he is not having any trouble at all, so that tells me that is my firefox that is having these problems. I would like someone to call me about this @ 919-669-4909. I do not want to talk over email.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Restoring your iPod to factory settings is the best way to try and get it back to working order. You can use the instructions below to restore it:
How to restore iPod
Verify that you have an active Internet connection, because you may need to download new versions of the iTunes and iPod Software.
Download and install the latest version of iTunes if necessary.
Open iTunes. Connect your iPod to your computer using the USB or FireWire cable that came with your iPod.
After a few moments, your iPod will appear in the Source panel in iTunes.
Select your iPod in the Source panel. You will see information about your iPod appear in the Summary tab of the main iTunes window.
Click Restore.
If you are using a Mac, you will be asked to enter an administrator’s name and password.
A progress bar will appear on the computer screen, indicating that stage one of the restore process has begun. When this stage is done, iTunes will present one of two messages with instructions specific to the iPod model you are restoring.
Disconnect iPod and connect it to iPod Power Adapter (typically applies to older iPod models).
Leave iPod connected to computer to complete restore (typically applies newer iPod models).
During stage two of the restore process, the iPod displays an Apple logo as well as a progress bar at the bottom of the display. It is critical that the iPod remain connected to the computer or iPod power adapter during this stage.
Note: The progress bar may be difficult to see, because the backlight on the iPod display may be off.
After stage two of the restore process is complete, the iTunes Setup Assistant window will appear. It will ask you to name your iPod and choose your syncing preferences, as it did when you connected your iPod for the first time.

I would say to start by looking on their web site... unfortunately, that appears to be dead.
Based on the horrible ratings on the App Store (1 star for the current version), I'm not surprised it doesn't work well.

I guess you could try but I don't believe Apple can help with activation lock issues. They may, however, be able to determine if the Apple ID belongs to one of you and reset the password for you if you can prove your identity.
You might want to try calling Apple by going to https://expresslane.apple.com; click 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID'. In the next page select 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'. Perhaps they can help determine if it's your ID and reset the password for you (and they probably have more expertise in doing this than the Apple store).

I uninstalled Adobe reader, then did the rest of your suggestions but the problem remains. It is only with 3 emails that get resent daily with slight changes to the text. It is like most of the text has been removed from the email.

I cannot get audio through my TV using HDMI lead it has worked previously but on the settings tab the option to use HDMI for output has disappeared

As above I have a MacBook Pro and pretty new Samsung TV... i bought a HDMI lead from apple shop connected it and was able to choose HDMI lead as sound output.... but i cannot do it any more nothing has changed cable has not even been unpluged but the option within settings has disappeared.... I have tried the basics turn everything off and on again close all apps disconnect and reconnect leads..... any help would be brilliant

The problem is not solved by something that simple unfortunately ! I have discovered that if I boot up the laptop with the hdmi cable connected to the tv it works, but if not, same issue. Have read everything everywhere I can to see if the issue happens for anyone else, seems mine is an odd one. May reinstall FF to see if that cures.

My computer keeps crashing when I use Firefox. This has been happenning for the last 2 weeks, but as of 3 days ago it's just impossible. What can I do, I keep having to reload every 10 minutes because it freezes up and crashes.

This has been happening when I'm on Facebook and playing games. It just freezes up and not even the cursor moves. I have to hit Ctrl Alt Del in order to disconnect and reload. the behavior you are reporting can be many things...so lets start asking a few questions. Did you remove or add anything to your computer before all this started ?...can you temporarily disable your anti virus and try again? is IE ( internet explorer ) working fine?

Sorry about the short and hurried post last night, I was headed to tai ji class. This is my first post and I am not sure what I am doing yet. LOL. I would like to explain a little better my issue. When I open my dwt file, which inside the template folder, I see the real template. When I try to update the topics, and some other pages, it uses a different (messed up) template. There is no background color, the text is wrong and other issues in the template. I have no clue where this template is coming from. I can't find a file like it on my computer. There is another person who works on the site, but she hasn't touched it in days and I have gone thru my puter looking for this file, with no luck and I have tried to update my files a million times in the last few days and I can't figure out what has happened or how to fix it. Any suggestion will be appreciated and tried. Thank you again.

Google Mail recently implemented additional security measures "for your protection" of course. The manifestation of that may be the requirement to create a unique, "application-specific" password for each one of the various Google services you may use. That requirement probably includes Google Mail. So if the above Apple Support document doesn't resolve the problem, research Google's application-specific password requirements, and how to configure Mail to use it.
