I cannot install the updates for my registered CS5 Photoshop (CS5 Design Premium).
I keep getting an error when I try to install the updates from the drop down "Help" menu under updates. It goes through the process like it is trying to install them but at the end says "there was an error installing the following updates". The updates look to be like all of the updates and this is causing me major issues (the largest being I cannot open raw files from a Canon 5D Mark III). Can someone please assist with why the updates will not install?

Greetings. I re-installed CS5 when I changed the hard drive of my PC. Now I cannot install the updates although in my old setup, I had no problem and was able to update to CS5.5.
Should I download and install CS5.5 manually on top of CS5?

Will my CS5 licence work for CS5.5?Each time I turned on the computer I would get the message that several updates to Photoshop were available but could never download them or install them. Following your March 17th instructions did not do the trick. However after some trials and errors, I managed to get the updates to cs5 installed (unfortunately, I don't know how I managed!). I still cannot get cs5.5 but it's OK.
Someone from Adobe called me and suggested that I upgrade to cs6 at a special price but I declined the offer, thinking that at some point in the future, I may move to CC.

I have updated to the lastest OS on my IPad3. No problem there. Then found I could no longer access my Itunes as there was a message 'Cannot be used as it requires version 10.6.3 or later. Go to ... and download'. I have tried four times and it won't work. I get another message saying I must sign in as administrator or contact my system administrator. I am the only one who uses this PC and have no idea what my administrator password is. Now I cannot use ITunes. Please help if you can. Thank you. Eileen Frost
Many thanks diesel. I cannot remember ever having an administrator password. Looks like I shall have to do a restore on my PC and not bother with the updates. Or maybe I could find my password from somewhere ? When I went into control panel I found a box with administrator and my name and it said password protected so I must have had one at some time. Any ideas on how I could find it ? Many thanks anyway. I always use a password to sign on but obviously that is not it. Eileen

Cannot install latest updates for Bridge and Photoshop CC. I get the following message: "Update Failed. The download appears corrupted. U43M1D207."
I have tried to install at different times over three different days with the same result each time. My version of Bridge now no longer shows DNG files except as an icon. The update is supposed to install Camera Raw version 9.I had the 204 version of your error using the direct download links proved on this thread solved my problem.. hope you have same success... had to log off/in cloud manager before it showed all apps updated

After instaling the update for OS yesterday (saturday 7.10.2012) my macbook pro will not start. The instaling proses start but stopp after 2-3 minutes. I have started mayby 10 tims know but it stops every time. Help, its just a monts ago my iMac hard fail
Actually it sometimes gets a little further, the display will dim and the pointer will appear and then whoop it will turn off. if i do a verbose start up, it will finish all the steps, the white screen will appear and dim and then it will turn off.

I've bee trying to install the update for Adobe Flash Player for some time and keep getting install failed....."A required file (:3) could not be installed." Of course I'm going to the suggested installation problems website but nothing there seems to address this specfic failure mode. Can anybody help?

When I try to install the update for iTunes, I keep getting the message "the application attempted to load the C runtime library incorrectly. Contact the vendor. I don't know if it's related, but my Microsoft Outlook is totally f*k up. What's going on?
Hey I finally got an older vesion of itunes to work!!! 10.7 x64 for windows 7
After uninstalling all apple products even quicktime
I had to delete everything from (program files, and program files x64, program data,)
And all downloads from apple, and I went in to search deleted other stuff from apple, and itunes
But definently not my itunes library and Playlist
Down loaded 10.7 x64 for windows 7, but checked (do not start when done)
Then I emptied my recycling bin and restarted my PC
I ran geek tech tool box same as reg cure pro, also PC Tools registry cleaner, and CC Cleaner
Then I emptied my recycling bin and restarted my PC
And wallah... It finally works, and I Love the older version anyways.
Easier to download and transfer music!!!!! -

installed the update for "G-toolkit" and now want to delete it---bad review---- but am not getting it as an icon on the opening screen..its listed as an app under settings and its listed as installed at the app store...how do i delete it now?

Yesterday, I have downloaded the APPSGONEFREE and there is one App called the Victorian Mystery that is still free and i downloaded it. After a few minutes it pop up on my iphone homescreen, it can't be loaded. So I tried to delete it but it cant be deleted. (there is no x mark on top of it). I then use my itunes to synchronize it through my iphone but it wasnt able to delete it. I then bought the apps at apsstore ( Victorian Mystery), which is not free for today and I synchronize and it cant be installed on my Iphone. I just cant delete the APP. I need help. -
Since I installed the update for Mindjolt games, it will not let me in. Does anyone else have this problem?
Try resetting the iPad. Simultaneously hold down the Home and the On buttons until the iPad shuts off. Ignore the off slider if it should appear. This should take only about ten seconds or so. Once shut down is compete, turn the iPad back on.

Any ideas?Ok, so after like 4 days of going through all these different issues, I figured out that several programs weren't downloading, and it was an issue with my wireless connectivity messing up the digital signatures, so if you plug in your comp to the modem and delete your temp files, it should start to work!

I cannot completely download the update for Photoshop CS6 Extended Edition. Every time I try, it downloads 3%, and then its says Download Failed. When i looked at the error in more detail, it said the error code was 49. I cannot find the error code list. If anyone can tell me what error 49 is, please do so ASAP
