Most likely it is blocked on server level, you need to go to account settings and unblock everything that has word apple in it. Also just to make sure, verify that you didn't misspell your e-mail address.

Can't get pop-up blocking to stick. I have the check the box again every time I open Firefox. Any suggestions?

I am unable to eliminate pop-ups. Firefox is opening every time with pop-up blocking disabled. I manually check the box and am good for that session, but blocking is disabled again when I open a new session. This is a new problem, as I have used Firefox for many years without pop-ups. Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Go into Settings>Mail,Contacts, Calenders then you need to click on your email and make sure you have the thing next to the word notes switch on.
Then they should sync over the iCloud

The SMTP server you are using with Wi-Fi would be the outgoing server of your internet service provider... this is likely why that's working.
SMTP servers specific to a ISP would not work on the 3G network. You would probably need another SMTP server. One from your cell provider?

Hi melbernai - not sure if you've solved this problem yet. I had the exact same problem recently with my 2nd Gen iPod Nano. I solved it yesterday by simply updating iTunes to the most recent version, after which I could get rid of the register screen. The only other thing I needed to do to add my custom playlists was select "Manually manage music" on the screen for my iPod, since it had been in an automatic synching mode since the problem occurred.

To import music into your iTunes library on the computer go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Add items to iTunes and follow the instructions
Delete the "songs" that do not play in your iTunes library and reimport them.

The actual amount of extra free storage varies depending on how much storage previous subscribers had.
If you do nothing your storage will dowgrade to 5GB so you should make sure you don't have more content than this.
