I ahd fire fox for about 2 years now & I love it. This week I started having major problems. Firefox would get frozen & I would have toalt,cntl,delete to get out of it. I decided to try to delete firefox & download it again but when I go there all I get is info about it & no place to press download . Another search took me to another site which had one to download but said it was NOT mozilla so I came to you for help. Please! I am stranded with no fox!!

How do I change the fonts on the main page.My fonts have recently changed without my doing anything. They are like 6 point instead of the 12 I am used to. Email font is now huge. Is this an ATT/Yahoo problem or Firefox. Safari fonts seem to be o.k.

I did nothing to change them, but after the event tried to change them using "preferences-Fonts"which had no effect. ATT seems to have made a change in their email. The fonts in the email are now huge (18 pt?). This could be an ATT/Yahoo problem with Mac, although Safari seems to be working o. k.

The video may be a Flash video. Adobe has not made, and will not make, Flash for mobile devices including the iPad. So you may not ever be able to view the video.

You can check for problems with the sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak files in the Firefox profile folder that store session data.

Firefox now asks permission to open each time I click the icon. I have shut off the computer and on several times. I then re-installed the browser but still it asks permission to open.

I downloaded firefox from website it installs but then when i go to a page it says my web browser is outdated.

I just downloaded the new Firefox because i was checking my email in yahoo and it had a tab saying ugrade to new firefox and i've always liked Firefox. after it installs and is done, i went to my at&t account and it said my browser is outdated. i've uninstalled the application and redone it a few times but it's not fixing it and when i look at the settings and look for new update it says i have the most up to date version. It has done to me also when trying to watch video's on youtube. Please help me make this work. I have window vista.

I have dial up and windows 7 64 bit. I cannot download the latest iTunes from the main pages nor does my dial up go for 24 hours to get 86 megs. Is there any alternatives? Plus I have authorized computers that are long dead. How do I deactivate them?

For downloading, the only alternative would be to use a computer with a better Internet connection to download the iTunes installer and then copy it to your computer via a USB flash drive, external hard drive, etc.
As to your other question, you cannot directly deauthorize a computer that's not working or to which you no longer have access. You can, however, go into your iTunes Store account and there will be a "deauthorize all" button. You can then re-authorize the computers you're using now.
Note that you can only use the "deauthorize all" option once per year, unless something's changed very recently.

I have been using firefox on an older computer, I just got a different computer and have been trying for 3 days to get firefox. I hit download it says its done and when I hit install it tells me the file is corrupt.

In my case it seems that Firefox just doesn't "see" (or can't find?) the coupon printer application anymore after the FF update. (and yes, my add-ons are enabled - to answer the tech support people's first question).
For me, the coupon printer doesn't even show up in my Firefox "Add-Ons" list anymore. Is that what people typically see when they're saying the coupon printer "doesn't work" with FF? The coupon printer was visible on the add-ons list before my FF update, and now it's totally Gone! It seems that Firefox just doesn't "see" (or can't find?) the coupon printer application anymore since the FF update.
When I'm on the coupons.com site and I click "print coupons", it tells me I haven't installed the application. But it Is installed on my computer, I can see it in my folders, and it works on IE, so it's definitely there.
BTW - I have uninstalled/reinstalled the coupon printer application. I have tried all the suggestions on the Mozilla help/forum sites, as well as the Coupons.com web site. I have closed and re-started Firefox after the installation. I have also shut down and restarted my pc after installation. I tried installing the application with Firefox open, and tried it again with Firefox closed. I've even cleared out all my cookies/history associated with Coupons.com.
... I can't think of anything else to try, except for the "solution" of using IE for coupons.
If it Really is a problem on the Coupon.com end of things, do you think it's worth it if we bombard the coupons.com support team with messages saying they need to fix the problem? (or just a waste of time?) ;(
