I cannot sign into I messaging. It just keeps going back to the screen saying to sign in. What do I do?
I just changed my apple ID password And now cannot sign into iMessage. It says
"you were signed out of iMessage because your apple ID or password changed. Sign in to turn on iMessage. It will not let me sign in. FaceTime works. Only iMessage won't! What do I do?

The internet pages don't display properly I'm using osx10.3.3, yahoo for example asks me to update, but I cant find out how, as the apple store just keeps sending back to the same page with no down load option...do i need to up date or is it just my mac
What Mac model do you have? You might be able to upgrade the OS to Tiger 10.4 or Leopard 10.5.
Even browsers for Tiger 10.4 will get the update message.
You could try a newer browser than Safari, which is obsolete, by downloading Firefox v2.0.0.20 at http://www.oldapps.com/mac/firefox.php

How do I sign into face time on my ipod? It keeps going back to the login.
Every time i sign in it will go to the next screen where it said " Face Time" "People will call you using your e-mail address. What would you like to use?" I will click next, then it goes back to the log in screen. What am I do not doing correctly?

What is going on with itunes update? I keep getting the message that updates are available for itunes, safari and icloud, but when I accept the terms and conditions and the install 3 items message, it keeps going back to telling me there are 3 updates available and have to accept terms and conditions again without it ever installing!! I am using a PC with windows vista. Have not had this problem till December when I got an ipad and had icloud installed, don't know if there is a connection.
I can't offer any help but it soulds like Apple goofed with the latest update. Many of us have the same problem. I may wait a week or so to see if Apple responds.

I've run every diagnostic and "fix" at my disposal and the problem continues. When I click to open Firefox I get a message that is only partially on the screen - upper left hand corner - and when I click okay the entire message shows up. It's still in the upper left hand corner but just keeps reappearing every time I click okay. Error says:

It didn't have any music or photo files attatched to it, just a few clips stitched together. I can play these clips right now in the Event Library (so I know the source files are on my computer), but strangely, under the Project Library, the project is not there. I'm almost certain that I didn't store the project on iDisk; I just completed the video and published it to iDisk (as a .mov file I think) for family to see. I've tried to figure out how to get iDisk to stop looking for this project to no avail.
I don't know if others have experienced this, but if I click on any project and on the menu bar select Share --> Remove From --> Media Browser... it lists iPod, iPhone, iPad, tv, Computer and MobileMe. Why would MobileMe be an option here? This is the case for any video project I select. Didn't iLife '11 and/or OSX 10.8 remove all mention of MobileMe? I wonder if this is part of the problem too.
Edit: I just removed every project I have from the Media Browser. Still no luck. -
Why can't i log into my accounts on the internet it keeps going back to the log in page
my internet works fine and i like the phone but there has to be a setting or something that i am missing because any time i try to sign into any website that has a log in it just goes right back to the log in page over and over. it looks like i put the wrong password in but i used it on my computer at home and it worked fine any help is appreciated.

When i try to activaye facetime after i sign in and go over to the next page it kept goin back to the sign in what do i do?
1. Make sure software is up to date
2. Make sure FaceTime is enabled; Settings>FaceTime
3. Make sure Date and Time is correctly set; Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On
4. Make sure Push Notification is enabled
5. Make sure phone number or email address is correct
6. Hold the Sleep and Home button down (together) until you see the Apple Logo -
I went into a web page I must have left My Ipad in the web sight when I went to use it again the screen seems frozen. Anything I do I can't get a response. Please help
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

Really that's about it, your instruction page to upgrade for free to Firefox 4 (Mac desktop) says to drag the Firefox icon into the app file and then from there onto the dock. I'm not sure WHICH icon I am dragging, so I tried the one on the dock, and even the one on your instruction page. Nothing will stay in the app folder.
Hold the option while turning on the computer. You should see your statup drives. Just choose the OS X drive and eject your disc once in OS X.

what else do I need to do to open Adobe Photoshop Elements 13? I've followed all the instructions except subscribing to cloud. I am on a new computer and have moved Photoshop Elements 10 from the old computer. I purchased the upgrade, downloaded, installed and extracted, but it still doesn't show up as a program in my files. please help!

If you go to that link I gave you before and expand the Photoshop Elements 13 part, you should see two downloads for Windows - 32-bit and a 64-bit. Make sure that you download the correct one for your system. Once it is downloaded, just double click on it to start the extraction.
Be patient as it sometimes looks as though it is not doing anything but is actually working in the background. May take a minute or two but it seems longer.

i downloaded firefox and said to import my favorites and stuff from my qwest homepage and can't find them . I have no tool box on any of my pages that I can drop down that says import. not on my old homepage or the firefox page. Help, i dont want to have to keep going back and forth
You can usually find the imported IE Favorites in a folder ("From Internet Explorer") at the bottom of the Bookmarks Menu folder (Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks).
If you can't find them in the "From Internet Explorer" folder then try this:
* Export the favorites in IE to an HTML file (bookmarks.html): File > Import and Export
* Import the HTML file in Firefox: Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks > Import & Backup > Import HTML: From File

When I try to open I Photos the screens just keeps minimizing back to the bottom of the screen
I have a Mac Book which is 3 mos old. When I try to open I Photos I have to keep clicking on the tab before the I Photos screen actually opens. It does not open to the full screen and when I click on faces or events the app closes out. The three buttons at the top don't highlight so I can enlarge the screen or minimize the screen. The screen only opens to half a page. This never happened before.
