I cannot use Facetime on my iPhone5.

When I try to sign in with my Apple ID and password, it says I can not sign in. To check my network connection and try again.
I am connected to my home wifi network. Why can't I sign in??

Not sure, but iAd Producer probably has nothing to do with this.
Did you try posting in a forum that discusses iPhone, or FaceTime, or networking?

I upgraded my 2 Iphones with IOS7. Since then, I cannot use facetime anymore with one of the iphones. My other iphone as well as my ipad did not have any issue with the upgrade. I really need face time for both phones.

Everytime that I try to use FaceTime, it tells me the person that I'm trying to call is not available. My Daughter can call me but I cannot call her. I'm trying to call her using her e-mail address, the same way that she contacted me. I'm totalally at a loss, as to why this is happening

You can't install it. iPads bought in Dubai have Facetime blocked by the device's serial number, so you won't be able to install it via iOS updates either. It is a requirement of the Dubai government that Facetime is not available on iPads bought in their country

It should work on wifi, but in order to use it on cellular data, you will need to contact your cell phone provider.
