I cant find my serial number for adobe photoshop element 11

I have log in och my adobe and my product is not there - maby because it was over a year I bought elements 11 - now I am going to blow my computer and after that I like to have element 11 again on my computer thats why I need my serialnumber.
What shall I do?

If you registered the product when you first installed it then the serial number should be retained in your Adobe account online.
If you cannot find it there and it's a Windows machine then try running Belarc Advisor

    Unfortunately, if you've never installed it, adobe has no record of your serial number. Serial numbers for bundled products are sold in great batches, and the buyer (Epson, in your case) has responsibility for them. You would need to get in touch with Epson.
    If you have installed and registered PSE 6, go to adobe.com and look on the right side of the page for My Adobe. By working through the links there you should be able to find the record of the serial number you registered.

    Do you have the receipt? If you have proof of ownership, you _may_ be able to persuade Customer Support to help you out.  I imagine you would need to scan and email that proof if it works at all.

    My serial number for adobe photoshop elements 12 and premiere elements 12 does not work.  On adobe.com it shows that the serial number I received is associated with adobe photoshop elements 9 and premiere elements 9.  I have purchased those products in the past, but just recently upgraded to elements 12.  I can use the the photoshop organizer, but can't open the photoshop editor.

    Did you ever install Premiere Elements 11 on your computer?
    If so, then go to the Adobe web site http://www.adobe.com, sign in with your Adobe ID and Password, go to the Search field (top right of the web page) and type in My Products. Follow the My Products link to the list of your registered products. If you find your Adobe Premiere Elements 11 listed there, click on it to reveal the serial number.
    Please let us know the outcome.

    After doing a recovery on my Envy h8 Model 1403, I cannot use the above program that was factory installed without the serial number. I have checked with Adobe and they can't help without this number. The program was reinstalled during the recovery process but I can't use it.
