i cant get into my itune store
Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

HELP!! Can't get into the itunes store?
Hey everyone I have itunes downloaded but when I click on Itunes Store from my itunes homepage it get the following message, "itunes could not connect to the itunes store. The network connection timed out. MAke sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active then try again". What does this mean? Have any of u experiecned this problem? How can I fix it? Like I say I cant even get into the itunes store and am getting really frustrated. Thanks for the help.
Were you connecting regulary up until a week ago? I have noticed that I have gotten a lot of those messages tonight. May the iTune site is very busy? (a lot of iTunes cards given out today)
I closed iTunes and then re-opened and it helped. My connections have been intermittent at best tonight. -
I can not get into the iTunes store for the past two days. I can do a search on the music in upper right corner and get a drop down list. However, the screen is then white with "iTunes" in the middle. Any suggestions? Thank you.

If your computer has one of the LSPs listed you may have to reset winsock.

When I try to get into my iTunes store it will go just so far then I get a message that says "iTunes has stopped working" and I cannot order any songs. This has just starte over the last week and a half. What is going on?

Hello, I restored my ipod and now I can't restore my information back on my ipod. I read the manual on how to restore my ipod and I click the ipod under devices but, it won't let me get into the itune store. I keep getting error -9808. What can I do to resolve this problem? Thanks!

I have spent hours trying to get into the iTunes store without success. Error message 0X80092013 keeps appearing. Someone has suggested maybe a driver is missing. Please help if you can. (I can get into the store using my laptop. I cannot get into it from my desktop.) I'm using Windows Vista.

I can't get into the itunes store. Computer is saying to change compatibility mode. I followed the directions to do this, but I do not have a compatibility mode tab. Any ideas on what to do. Does this have anything to do with Google Chrome and Explore, maybe?

I can't get into the itunes store through my itunes because the homepage has the add for updating to itunes 10. I tried to do it, but then realized I don't have the software for it, I need Mac OS 10.5 or higher and I have 10.4. How do I get to the itunes store still, surely I don't have to buy a whole new computer to keep using Itunes? Does anyone know anything about this?

someone suggested to open your music app and access the store from there first, once done then you can go to the itunes store app, try it and see if it works

I did notice that you said everything you have obtained you've legally bought. Because if there was anything in there that you didn't buy with your AppleID but WAS purchased with another AppleID this will happen.
If this is not the case their is a possible issue with your account. Only reason I say this is because it's happening on both of your computers. So both of them have the exact same library? Do you have another computer you can sign into the itunes store that has none of your content on it and if so does it continue to happen?
Have you tried un-installing and re-installing itunes? Are you up-to-date on both versions of iTunes?
If there is an issue with your AppleID you might need to contact Apple and get an RTA sent to SSE(Site Support Engineering) to troubleshoot your account.
