Are you trying to get an upgrade before you're actually eligible? If that is the case, it doesn't matter if you've been a customer for 6 years or 6 days...if you're not eligible then you're not eligible. Some of your possible options are to pay full retail, do an early edge up (if you are eligible for that option), or buying a phone from some other source to use.
If your situation is something different then it might help to share that. The options may still be the same but it helps to know what exactly the issue is.

Does The Ink Of DeskJet Printer Gets Dried If Not Used For A Week?

Hello Guys, I have recently bought a HP DeskJet 1510 All In One Printer. But the Shopkeeper said me that the Ink of the DeskJet printer gets Dried up if not used once for a week or two. Is that true? If yes is there a way to get back my ink?
I have seen some Diagnostic Option in HP Printer Assistant is that the option?

I'd have to agree with Charles. Powering down at the On/Off switch is always recommended as it will ensure the cartridges get capped properly.
The DJ 1510 uses IPH (integrated printheads). They won't 'dry out' if not used for a week. If you happen to run into any print quality issues you can always run a Cartridge Clean using the automated tool, see the link below for details...

New to itunes managed to download a song to laptop but cant get on to ipod nano(plugged into laptop) or iphone or ipad

I have sorted it myself!!
Ipod is now in the top right corner, last time I clicked on it, it ejected it but by clicking on the actual ipod icon then it brings up your ipod. I restored it to factory settings and synced all my music and it now works again. Hope this can help anyone who ends up with the same problem.

When I open the webcam centre everything works fine I can get all the effects...BUT when I open messenger (MSN) I get a good picture but when I open the effects window I cant get the effects to work in there.... I had the exact same issue but finally after much reading found that the Advanced Video FX utility must be activated first, then open the Web Cam Center.
On the upper left side just above your image is a Device Selection box. You may not redily recognize it as such.. Click on the down arrow just to the left of the Format tab and select the "Creative WebCam(With Video Effects)". Now try the effects. This did the trick for me. Hope it works for you!

Cant get Information to Work..Please help

All has been well with with I photo. I have many hundreds of photos that I have labeled. Now I cant get the information to show for each photo. It is there if I look at all the photos but when I double click on one photo it isn't coming up. I have tried the blue button? Please help it is a lot to lose? Maybe related the photos in the library are sorted into date folders not source folders?
If I bought iLife 08 would it all come good?

If you've configured the application properly and Connection lost maybe is because the signal is weak and the call is lost.

I downloaded an app updated and my iphone crashed now i cant get it to start can someone help me?

today i installed and upgrade to facebook app, later after that my phone started to act weird and then crashed, tried to restart it several times but it just froze over the apple logo, is there a way to solve this? i cant get itunes to recognize it

I just managed to fix mine without restoring. I thought I was going to have to, after several attempts to sync to itunes told me that it was in recovery mode and needed to be restored. But I didnt want to lose my recent data. As a last resort, I plugged it in and opened iPhone Explorer to see if it would recognize it and maybe let me back up my files manually. It ended up fixing it just by being open! Everything is working fine now, the Facebook app is gone (won't touch it until a new update comes out and others have tested it first) and I'm backing everything up. If you are trying to change the iCloud ID ("email address") you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted. If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Cant get true 5.1 using X-FI Fata1ity + Z-640 speak

Hey guys,
Finally got around to setting up my 640's around the room for 5. sound, running through my X-FI Fataity.
Now heres the problem, when I set my speaker config in the control panel to 5. (from desktop stereo) the sound changes to a very tinny/echoey tone. I ran the creative diagnostics and was able to get front left, front right, rear right, rear left, but nothing through the center channel or sub.
Went back to the speaker config in the control panel and changed it to surround sound, which cured the tinny sound (and had audio through the center speaker) but obviously its not 5.
Updated the soundcard drivers and that didnt fix it.
Could I have crappy codecs installed? Are my speakers faulty only in 5. mode?
Any suggestions would be appreciated

Cant get any widescreen resolutions using a MDP - VGA adpater

I recently purchased an Official Apple Mini-display port to VGA adpter for use with 2011 unibody MacBook Pro and Samsung Syncmaster 2232 BW external monitor. When plugging everything in and going into displays, I am presented with the attatched display,
with no option for any 16:10 resolutions, everything non widescreen down from 1600 x 1200. I've tried SwitchResX with no avail, and don't know what else to try? This is my monitor and its Native settings are 1680 x 1050
Any suggestions?

I have resolved this problem, and will explain how for the sake of anyone else who enctounters it.
Instal SwitchResX, create a Custom Resolution with the exact same settings as the MacBook's 1680 x 1050 display mode, save and apply it (will need restart) . You can then Uninstall SwitchResX, and the custom resolution shall remain stored in the System Preferences > Display. This is good as you don't need to purchase SwitchResX, you can just use the 10 day trial, however if you need the other facilities of the program I would recommend you support the developers.
Hope this helps others out who get stuck with the same annoying problem!

If you have forgotten the iPad passcode and you cannot unlock the device, you have to restore the device within iTunes. You want to use the same computer that you always sync with so that you can restore your iTunes content. You can restore with any other computer, but you will lose everything on the iPad.
