It's in the Store drop-down menu - in iTunes 11 on a PC press Alt-S and the Store menu should appear e.g. from a Mac :

Not a good sign. Try forcing the phone into recovery mode & restoring it. If this fails, make an appointment at an Apple store:
Turn your phone off. I am unable to update my apps on my iphone5s. After entering the applied password, the update button reappears and nothing happens. Can anyone help? Thanks
Hey there Tonyaokb,
It sounds like you are trying to update some of your apps and when you tap the update button, the update does not happen. I recommend starting by closing the running apps on the phone:
iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that, sign out of your iTunes account in Settings > iTunes and App Stores, and restart the phone and try to update them again:

If the issue persists I would next verify that you can find it in your purchased history with ths article:
Tap App Store.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Tap Updates.
Tap Purchased on the resulting screen.
So that you can then delete the app and re install it:
Reinstall the affected app
Remove the app from your device and reinstall it:
Tap and hold any app icon on the Home Screen until the icons start to wiggle and show a small "x" in the top-left corner of the app.
Tap the "x" in the corner of the app you want to delete.
Tap Delete to remove the app and all of its data from your device.
Press the Home button.
Go to the App Store.
Search for the app and download it again.
Note: If it's a paid app, make sure you're using the iTunes account you purchased the app with originally. If it isn't, you may be asked to purchase the app again. Learn more about downloading previously purchased items.

When I click on any of my movie or TV shows in Itunes I immediately get an error message that says Itunes has stopped working and closes the program. I can sync the movies and shows to my phone okay but I can't watch on Itunes. Can anyone help?

I have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps and still do not see my iPhone 4 (6.1.3) when I connect with USB to iTunes. Can anyone help?
I'd try removing and then re-installing iTunes. An uninstall will not remove your music etc. That should re-install the usb drivers etc. I don't think you can separately delete and install the drivers.

I am trying to transfer the licence of a Dreamweaver CS3 Macintosh product. A transfer of licence form has been signed by the person that gave it to me. Did you complete your form as well? A form needs to be completed and signed by both parties and submitted to Adobe support via a support ticket. Chat support cannot help, but should have pointed you to the KB article with the instructions.

You do not need to involve Creative Cloud to install/try the trial version of CS5...
You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.
