When i try to make the update to my application the system indicate my payment method doesn't match the bank information

Don't think so, linking another credit card or buying an itunes giftcard are the only solutions..

Is the card registered to exactly the same name and address as you have on your iTunes account ? The iTunes Store typically does not take prepaid "credit" cards since they normally have no billing address associated against which to verify. Why the card worked before but not now I don't know, though Apple has been tightening up their security and that may have finally caught up with that card. You can try contacting the iTunes Store and asking if there is any way to use your card, but they may just tell you that it's not possible.

It appears as if the OS currently on that machine was not the original OS? If so, you are running into this problem because the seller did not do what he was supposed to do - he was supposed to erase the hard drive and reinstall the original OS. And, if he got either the OS or any apps at the app store, they are not transferable as they are tied to his Apple ID forever. That is why you will have to pay for them using your own Apple ID. And, if he obtained the current OS at the app store, you may also run into another problem: you may not be able to reinstall the OS if needed as that is tied to the original Apple ID as well.

Apps can only be updated using the same Apple ID and password they were originally purchased with.

- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.

Apps are always associated with the Apple ID that was used to purchase them. This cannot be changed. To avoid getting the request you are seeing delete all apps that request the former Apple ID and download them again.
Any apps for which you paid a fee will require that you purchase them again.

iTunes is asking for the security code on your credit card for some reason. Do you use a credit card with iTunes?
Whether you made a purchase or not, you will most likely still have to get this issue resolved with iTunes support before you can uodate or download apps again. You should contact iTunes support and tell them what you are experincing.
Go here and then tap on Purchases, Billing and Redemption.

OK, Today I went ahead & booted & tried again & it worked this time.
Not sure why it didn't yesterday. Maybe the servers were just overloaded? Several others reported similar.
Also yesterday when I ran Speedtest it showd download at about 25 mbps, This morning just before I re-started the download it was showing just above 30 mbps. So maybe the internet was less busy? Or at least the parts between me & the test server.
& so far it is working ok.
