I cleaned whe keys on my macbook and now some keys stopped responding
I cleaned my keyboard with a wipe and now everytime I press the "t" and "g," either it will not respond or it will give me a random set of random leeqrtwers letters (LIKE This!!) IOU asƒ©˙∆˚¬∆˚¬
Please help.!!
I did this myself recently while playing around with the settings - go to System Preferences and in there somewhere will be a setting saying - " use all function keys as standard function keys" or something like that. You need to deslect or say "no" and then it will work as it used to!

Tried to open a pdf document with Acrobat XI Pro Trial and sign in popped up , I keyed in my username and password but it doesnt respond its like grey with the four dots rotating forever. Any solution Please ?????

How are you connected to the internet? Are you behind a particularly secure corporate firewall? Are you on Mac or Windows? Do you have any anti-malware software running on your machine that may be preventing applications other than your browser from connecting to the internet?
You may try to follow the steps below:
1.Close the Creative Cloud application.
2.Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
3.Delete the opm.db file.
4.Launch Creative Cloud.

After downloading OS X Yosemite my RETURN/ENTER and SHIFT keys no longer work, and my number keys only work as numbers - no longer do they serve as exclamation points or dollar signs etc. PLEASE HELP

I purchased Macbook Pro i5 in March 2011. Now the screen has problem; one vertical blue line is in the screen (at the right side). I noticed this last week when I opened the macbook and now I am always seening it. I am seeing the blue vertical line always in the screen. However, I am not seeing this line when I open Word, Excel, PowerPoint files (without pictures). But I am seeing this line always when I see movies, pictures, and all the files which have pictures. Please do let me know how can I remove this vertical blue line (blue tint) pernamentally from the screen.

Call Apple and make a warranty call, then take it to the nearest Apple Store etc.
You can run these things and it might clear your issue or give further informaiton

new iphone 5 and 4 year old macbook, and for some reason my computer says a later version of iTunes is required. So, i went to ITunes and found i have the latest version availble at this time. iTunes say phone can not be synced because it requires a version of 10.7 or greater?
iPhone 5 requires OS X 10.6.8 & iTunes 10.7 or greater. I suspect you're running Leopard, 10.5.8, correct? If so, you will first have to update your OS, then iTunes in order to sync your phone.

Is there any deal like this?Apple has a rebuy and recycle program, but you won't get much for your old MBP from that program. Your best bet is to just sell it yourself (I used eBay) and use the money you get to buy your new computer.

This sounds like a job for Disk Utility ... but that's located in the Utilities folder ....
Fortunately, there's a spare copy of Disk Utility on the setup disks you should have received with your computer. You need to boot the computer from the setup disk, then find Disk Utility. Inside Disk Utility, "mount" your hard drive and run Repair Disk, then Repair Permissions.
