I connected my iphone to my computer, and somehow my apps downloaded to itunes, and erased from my iphone, i re-uploaded them to my iphone and now all the game data is missing, including extra levels that i have paid for.

After i connected my iphone to my computer to upload some pictures, the couple of apps that i had synched to my itunes, later i noticed that this deleted them from my iphone, therefore i re-connected my phone, dragged that apps back onto my phone and all seamed okay. Till i went to play an app (dinner dash) and notice that now only was all my data (scores and level beaten) erased, but i had also purchased extra levels and these are no longer available, they are asking my to pay for the levels again. I know they weren't expensive, but i already paid for these and obviously still want them without having to pay again? Any help would be great, i can't even seam to find a email address that i could write to on the apple site for help!! I either want to get these levels again, or my money back to download them again.

Most apps where in-app purchases are available have an option named somthing similar to "Restore in-app purchases" which might solve your problem for at least some games.

Well...I went to the modem (Westell, WireSpeed), found the NAT settings, once again, I'm WAY over my head, I am assuming this is a TCP connection (as opposed to a UDP) and per Lorex my mobile devices will use port 1025. So I gave it a "global port range" of 1-10 and I indicated that the "base host port" was 80, 1025, & 9000 (ports 1,2,3). When I selected the 'enable' it asked for a "host devise" my choices are my IPhone, IMac and the IP address for the dvr, so I choose the dvr. I still cannot connect and canyouseeme still can NOT find these open ports. This is taking up my whole day! I don't know how people figure this stuff out.

The message means that you should download it on your computer's iTunes and then sync it to the iPad. The message quite often appears if you are currently on 3G/4G on the iPad and the app (and it applies to other content as well) is over the maximum size allowed over cellular, which is currently 50 meg.

Several years ago, I purchased hundreds of dollars worth of music. Subsequently, the computer I used was stolen and I now have an IPOD Nano. Isn't there a way for me to access that music I paid for and download it to the new Ipod.

This is a question. As I previously stated, I purchased hundreds of dollars of music for my original IPOD. It and the computer onto which I downloaded the music have been (for lack of a better term) mislocated or destroyed. I know own an IPOD Nano. Isn't there a way for me to retrieve the music I purchased to download onto the new IPOD. It seems to me that since I paid for it, Itunes should have a record of it and I should still be allowed to access it for a download.

It has always been very basic to always maintain a abckup copy of your computer. Use your backup copy to put them back.

iTunes Match is associated with a single iTunes Store account. So make sure you're logging into the mobile store on the iOS device using the same account you used to purchse the service.
