I crashed my HD this week. My photoshop CS6 release is lost. How can I recover my software.
I already replace a new HD in my notebook.
I installed Window 7, all my drivers and start to recover my softwares.
Unformtunatly, my photoshop CS6 was downloaded, and I don't have any sources to re-install it.
Please, give me a link to download my release again or let me know how to proceed.

WHAT THE HECK! eversince I updated my itunes... My laptop keeps on crashing, i try to change the volume on itunes and it doesnt even move, and I quit Itunes but apparently it won't ever quit... I lost all my paper work cuz it crashed 4 times this week.
Try disabling the computer's antivirus and firewall for the network problem.
Also for the original problem try the following if Ana's suggestions does not work
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

After a HD crash, I have to reinstall Photoshop Element 12 and Premier Element 12. I still see the link in my purchases history but nothing happens when I click on the link. How can I get my softwares back?

I have Adobe Photoshop CS5 installed in two computers. The hard drive of my home computer crashed and I had no time to deactivate the software. The hard drive needed to be formatted. How can I activate the software CS5 again ? Thank you for an answer.
If it's the same computer, same CPU and same HD, no de-activation or re-activation should be necessary.
Install from scratch and apply all updates manually.
Please do a forum search. I and others have repeatedly answered the question about failed updates of CS5 a whole bunch of times recently.
Bottom line: the Adobe auto updater is utterly useless in CS5 and prior versions. You need to download the updates and apply them manually yourself.
I and others have even supplied the links for Mac and Win, which you haven't even bothered to specify. -

I'm curious as to why Photoshop CS6 can't have a simple effective palette choice like this one from Fireworks?
I'm an artist and this palette makes sense to me. The standard issue pallette in Photoshop is a mess compared to this.

Save the swatches out of fireworks as an Adobe Swatch Exchange File (ASE) and then you can load them into photoshop
in it's swatches panel like below. -

This caused Firefox to repeatedly crash with message (see below)I then got error "ssl_error_ssl_disabled" when trying to access my webmail- I followed the help instructions and deleted the cert8.db file whcih allowed Firefox to start & me to access my webmail.

What version of Premiere Elements do you have and on what computer operating system was it running on and will it be running on?
On how many computers do you already have this same purchased activated serial number? Assuming just the computer that crashed?
If just that one crashed computer, then just install the program from your installation files or installation disc.
But, make sure your installation files or installation disc for the crashed computer will be supported by the new computer.
If you already have the same purchased activated serial number on two computers (crashed and another one), then you will need to deactivate
this purchased activated serial number for the other non crashed computer before trying to install on the new computer.
We can give you more details on Deactivation once we know the program version.
Adobe allows the purchased activated serial number on no more than 2 of your computers. And you cannot use them at the same time.
Please review. If any questions or need clarification, please ask.
