By Toolbar, do you mean the Dock? The Translucent bar normally at the bottom of the screen, but sometimes at the right or left side?
If that's what you mean, the Dock is merely a shortcut to what is already inside the Applications folder's Microsoft Office 2011 folder. If you have Word inside your Microsoft Office 2011 folder, you can drag it back to the Dock.
If you deleted the Microsoft Office folder, or it is empty, you'll have to reinstall it.
If you don't have your registration code, you'll have to call Microsoft for a new one.

Trying to download the 3.1 update and am getting an error message each time

Hey all!
I've been trying since this morning to download the 3.1 update for my 1st gen. iPod touch. I've been trying to download the update 6x now and now I am frustrated! Each time, it's within the very last seconds of the update that an error message pops up and says " There was a problem downloading the software for the iPod..The network connection timed out." Ugh, I am connected and I have been connected, so what's up with it?

Thank you for the quick response Anna. If nothing else,atleast I know I'm not the only one. I just talked to my dad and he said he downloaded his update this morning, just fine. I told him about the network connectivity issue and he said it sounded like Apple had too many people downloading the update at the same time. I certainly hope that's it. Though part of that makes no sense, seeing that the update was released a couple days ago!

Blackberry Desktop 6.1 won't work with Windows 7-Error message each time "Not responding"

Today I tried to running SFC /scanall to check and repair all system files, but the problem is not solved.
I tried to install in a XP Virtual machine, hosted in another machine's Win7, and was able to run the DTM 3.1 without problems. But I need to run it on the XP on the poriginal machine ...
As a last resource, I will reinstall XP, + ALL programs again, but that is too much work and trouble so I will keep looking fo simpler solutions for a while.

What are you trying to download? If you are referring to the recent security update, just ignore the error and select the option to open the installer. It's fine.

You need to tie to the two devices together either with ethernet or something like EOP adapters.. They are about $120 and you can price match in officeworks.

Capture - getting same error message each time

am capturing from old sony trv460 digital 8, via firewire, in "dv ntsc dv converter" mode, and after hitting esc to stop the capture, i get an error message saying that my audio sampling rate is different than the one set in my project, warning that it might capture out of sync. how can i resolve this? do i ignore the warning?

Each time I open up Firefox, I'll be able to go to my homepage, but as soon as I try to go to any other page, I get the message above.
When I open up Safari, it doesn't happen. I'm able to go to any and all websites...

I have just set up a new cisco DPQ3925 wireless router that Optus sent me to be able to access the higher speed internet I have signed up for.
I have a 4th gen apple extreme that I want to use to extend the wifi but when I try to update the settings via the airport utility I get a message that says it cannot do so, and to check it is in range and the wifi is set up correctly. I'm not experienced with these things but I can't think what I have done wrong.
Is anybody able to help me please.

I Have an iPad 2. Since download of iOS 8.1.2 every time I use the browser--usually Google --this message comes up "a problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded". Touchpad also seems slow and jerky.

Its not necessarily freezing - just being slow to build.
May have something to do with this being a secured site - I an giving Opera a test run & this part of the apple site does not go into compressed load - but the non-secure parts of the site do. The issue may be that some sites like apples just have too much unimportant junk on the screen because the designers are on an internal network a few offices away from the server and never see all the issues that com up.

ITunes update shows runtime error R6034/iTunes error 7/Windows error 1114. iTunes tells me to reinstall but I've uninstalled/restalled and get same error messages.

After iTunes update I see this - Runtime error R6034 "application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly". ThenUninstalled then I also get iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes error 7 (Windows error 1114). I've tried fixes for runtime but computer says there are no errors. I've uninstalled/reinstalled iTunes and get all the above messages. Now when I start up my computer the runtime error pops up, but once it is closed computer works fine until I try to open iTunes. I've even tried a system restore going back to November. I use iTunes for audiobooks on iPod and I'm going to get desperate soon. Any suggestion?
