I signed up for the Photoshop Photography Program in March, but had not yet received a serial number to activate my products. I signed into my Adobe membership, and see my transaction history and 3 order tickets, but I have no "products" or "serial number"s available. How do I activate my Lightroom and Photoshop applications?

I am trying to upgrade from Lightroom 4.4 to Lightroom 6 on a Mac running OS X (Lion). I have purchased Lightroom 6 as an upgrade (as I am running Lightroom 4). The Lightroom 6 installer continues to indicate that it cannot find a "qualifying product" and asks for a declaration of the Lightroom product installed and its serial number. I am currently running Lightroom 4 purchased through the Apple App Store in 2013; according to all the information I can glean regarding this product... it does not have a serial number (if it was purchased through the Apple App Store). Does anyone have an idea on how to supply a valid serial number for the Lightroom 6 installer?

As I said in the post, a serial number was not necessary to install it; the Apple downloadable version doesn't seem to be serialized. I have not uninstalled Lightroom 4; it is still running, but apparently in its present form it doesn't provide a serial number for the Lightroom 6 upgrade to use.

I do not know what a Leica is but if it is a computer that came with Lightroom installed then you should contact whoever sold you the machine to see if they provide access for the installation files.

It is not clear what you want/need, partly due to indicating different CS versions between the title and the body of your posting, and partly because you use the word "update". If you need to find a serial number for an older version of your software then you might find it available thru your Adobe account online if you registered it when you first installed it.

You must first make the purchase, then you will receive the serial number you are asking about. YOu do not acquire the serial number thru the software. You acquire it thru the purchase, possibly via a follow-up confirmation email.

You are allowed to have the software installed and activated on two machines, so you do not need to remove it from the old pc just to install it on the new machine.
If you look in your Adobe account online you might be able to find the serial number.
You can also try contact Adobe support thru chat to see if they can help with the serial number. They might be able to if you can prove ownership of the software.

Sorry to say you are out of luck.
The serial numbers came on the cd case. If they are no longer there, you have no way of using the program except as a 30 day trial. Adobe does not sell CS5 licenses any more.

When you buy software, the serial number is really what you're buying, since the software is typically downloadable. So don't throw it away in the future.
If you registered the software before you threw away your serial number, then Adobe may have a record of your purchase.

Download the Find My iPhone app from the App Store to your iPhone.
Then, launch the app, log in with the Apple ID & password used for your iPad.
Note that unless you had enabled the FMiP function on the iPad under Settings > iCloud, you will not be able to track the device.
