I have tried to burn to CD so I can listen that way but though I go through all the motions I can't add the tracks to the burn list by copying and pasting, and I can't 'drag the tracks here' beacuse the tracks aren't showing, just the whole album folder. It looks like this:

Ok, so I have had many problems using iTunes since I started using iMatch, and it is getting on my nerves. All I want to do is ask if there is a way to fix my problem with some of my songs or not. I do not want to talk about any of my apple devices. Just iTunes itself. That being said. How do I email iTunes support for iTunes alone, not the store. I can't find the email anywhere. I'm getting fed up, and tired of going in circles.

I just realised the other day that I had no registration details with my serial number on my account. I panicked because I didn't think I would be able to find any of my previous numbers. I have found serial numbers for my CS3 Design Suite Premium as well as the serial number for my CS5. Anyway, I just wanted to check that I don't need any individual serial numbers for Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc in order to re-install them onto another computer at a later date. Are they all grouped in the one serial number? I hope so, because I only have the one!

Unfortunatly the only way that you can get it off is to get the old user to input the password. You may need to contact that old user and see if he can put the old password in. hope this helps.

You need to return it to the seller and get your money back. You cannot reset or use the device with another AppleID installed unless you know the password for that ID.
If the device has been jailbroken, no one on here can give you any further help...the Terms of Use prohibit us from doing so.

It is not clear what you want/need, partly due to indicating different CS versions between the title and the body of your posting, and partly because you use the word "update". If you need to find a serial number for an older version of your software then you might find it available thru your Adobe account online if you registered it when you first installed it.
